Silent Hill 2 dev Bloober Team enters pre-production on its next game

Now that the Silent Hill 2 Remake is here, Bloober Team confirms that it is doing pre-production work on a brand-new game. After working with Konami on SH2, Bloober currently has multiple unannounced projects in the works, and this pre-production phase could refer to either of them. That's without mentioning Bloober's upcoming first original IP Cronos: The New Dawn, which is scheduled for next year.

While Bloober Team's remake of the classic wifeguy survival horror game Silent Hill 2 follows the original text fairly closely, it does include some extras. For instance, if you visit areas where puzzles or other events were in the original, you can find echoes of them distorted by VHS static. And if you collect all the hidden Polaroids, you'll have the pieces you need to decode a hidden message...
