Hi all,

Today’s post focuses on Volley Actions, which brings together the three mechanics previously covered:

Shoot Mechanics Tap Mechanics Control and Push Ball Mechanics

Volley Actions allow players to perform these three mechanics, without controlling the ball beforehand. This is very useful: it accelerates the rhythm of the action, putting pressure on the opposing team, it allows players to interact with balls that are too high to be controlled, and it avoids the vulnerability that comes from ball possession.

Hi all ⚽

We’ve discussed Shoot in the previous feature post - let’s talk about another powerful way to release the ball when in possession: the Tap mechanic.

Tap is a fast way to hit the ball that still packs a lot of punch, and it's a great tool to pass the ball, but it can also be used to score - especially when you’re inside the penalty area.
