[Completed] Scheduled Maintenance - August 11, 2022

What will be unavailable:
- All MapleStory game servers.
- Nexon Launcher, Website Login, and Website Billing services will be unavailable from 7:00 AM PDT until 8:00 AM PDT.
Changes and Updates (Additional Changes TBA):
- Server Upkeep.
- Fixed the issue where Beast Tamer's Purr Zone can be used to defeat Damien's Shadow Zone during the boss battle.
- Fixed the issue where Kanna's Haku Reborn and Shikigami Doppelganger skills are preserved, but function incorrectly, upon reviving using the Buff Freezer item.
- Fixed the issue where using the Red Iron Mini Safe storage in Home to deposit or withdraw items would prevent players from interacting with other Home furnishings.
- Fixed the issue where defeating Gollux doesn't register the clear stamp for Gollux on the Maple Guide, but defeating Julieta registers the clear stamp for both Julieta and Gollux.

[Updated August 6 at 3:31 PM PDT] We are in the process of internally testing some server file fixes and are planning to open within 2 hours.

Hi Maplers,

We are currently investigating the Scania and Reboot server crashes players may have experienced in order to address it as soon as we can. However, until the server crash issues have been resolved, we've decided to bring all world servers down in the meantime while we investigate the root cause. We apologize for the downtime and will provide an update on top of this post when we can.

[Completed] Unscheduled Login Server and Channel Maintenance - August 4, 2022

[Updated August 4 at 4:10 PM PDT] The maintenance has been completed and all channels are now available. Thank you.

We will be performing an unscheduled login server and channel maintenance on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at 2:00 PM PDT (5:00 PM EDT / 11:00 PM CEST / 7:00 AM AEST Aug. 5). We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 2 hours, concluding around 4:00 PM PDT (7:00 PM EDT / 1:00 AM CEST Aug. 5 / 9:00 AM AEST Aug. 5). The maintenance will be rolled out progressively in stages as outlined below. In-game slide messages will inform players of the maintenance progress and which channels to avoid.

Changes and Updates (Additional Changes TBA):
- Fixed the issue where character names that have special characters from different languages may not be displayed properly on Maple M Legion.
- Fix an issue where Burning Worlds was incorrectly providing Maple M Link Keys.
- Fixed the issue that caused some of the recent random channel crashes.

Please make sure you properly link your Twitch account to your Nexon account, and make sure you have a MapleStory character on your Nexon account.
To earn rewards throughout the streams, you must watch the stream for a certain amount of time to be eligible.
Rewards earned during the this period must be collected from the in-game Gift Drop, by August 31, 12:00 AM UTC.
Twitch Drop rewards can be obtained once per account.
Watch Time is cumulative across all livestreams in this event (ie: watching 40 minutes of one livestream and 20 minutes of another will count as one hour of watch-time in total).
