[Updated July 21] All issues listed below have been addressed via v.234 Hotfixes and Unscheduled Minor Patch. Though, please be aware of the following:

• Note: The 2x EXP Coupon can now be used even during the 2x EXP event but it will not provide additional EXP effects. Please avoid using the 2x EXP Coupons during the times 2x EXP event is active.

Hi Maplers,

We are looking into the following issues discovered after the v.234 scheduled game update maintenance.

• Reboot World Only
  • Issue where opening the Character Info UI after starting the Home tutorial in Reboot world may crash the game client. Please be aware that the game client may crash in the following situations:
    
    • Opening the Character Info UI on your characters after starting or completing the Home Tutorial
    • Opening the Character Info UI of another character after they have started or completed the Home Tutorial
• Aurora, Bera, Elysium, Luna, and Scania Worlds Only
  • Issue where players may not be able to use the 2x EXP Coupon when the 2x EXP event is not active.
• All Worlds
  • Issue where monsters drop items that cannot be picked up when defeated

While we investigate these issues, we ask Reboot world players to please avoid opening the Character Info UI. We are working to address these issues as soon as we can.

[Update Jul 20] Decreased the amount of time needed to earn rewards to 2 and 4 hours (down from 2.5 and 5 hours, respectively).

Twitch Drop Details:

• Please make sure you properly link your Twitch account to your Nexon account, and make sure you have a MapleStory character on your Nexon account.
• To earn rewards throughout the streams, you must watch the stream for a certain amount of time to be eligible.
• Rewards earned during the this period must be collected from the in-game Gift Drop, by August 31, 12:00 AM UTC.
• Twitch Drop rewards can be obtained once per account.
• Watch Time is cumulative across all livestreams in this event (ie: watching 15 minutes of one livestream, 20 minutes of another, and 25 minutes of a third will count as one hour of watch-time in total).

[Updated July 20 at 11:56 AM PT] The maintenance has been completed and we have extended Cash Shop items for 6 hours. Please restart your Nexon Launcher or Steam to make sure that you get the latest client! Thank you for your patience.

We will be performing a scheduled game update on Wednesday, July 20th, 2022 at 6:00 AM PDT (9:00 AM EDT / 3:00 PM CEST / 11:00 PM AEST). We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 6 hours, concluding around 12:00 PM PDT (3:00 PM EDT / 9:00 PM CEST / 5:00 AM AEST July 21).
