[Update] The unscheduled Luna server maintenance has been completed and we have extended Luna Cash Shop items by 1 hour. Thank you for your patience.

Hi Maplers,

We are aware of an ongoing issue preventing Luna server players from participating in the Gold Richie Safe event. To resolve this issue, we'll be performing an unscheduled server maintenance for Luna on Thursday July 4, 2024 at 1:50 AM PDT (4:50 AM EDT/ 10:50 AM CEST/ 6:50 PM AEST). We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 2 hours concluding around 3:50 AM PDT (6:50 AM EDT / 12:50 PM CEST / 8:50 PM AEST).

Hello Maplers,

We are aware of issues pertaining to the Angelic Buster's skin color as well as the inability for the Dress-Up skin colors to be changed with skin color coupons. The team is actively looking into this and will be alerting you of any updates in regards to this issue.

Attention Maplers,

In order to maintain the security and stability of MapleStory, we will be updating the Minimum System Requirements for MapleStory in an update scheduled for early October. Starting from that update, MapleStory will no longer be supporting operating systems below Windows 10. If you are using Windows 8.1 or below, you will be able to resume normal play after upgrading to Windows 10 or higher. For more information on upgrading Windows, please visit the Microsoft website.

[UPDATE] Maintenance has been completed. Players who have been affect upon our morning maintenance has been reset. Cash shop items have been extended by 6 hours. Please restart your Nexon Launcher or Steam and thank you for your patience and understanding while we worked to address the issues!

We are aware of an ongoing issue involving missing currencies following our latest update, to resolve the issues for affected players, we'll be performing an unscheduled emergency maintenance. The game servers will be inaccessible until further notice. We will make sure this is resolved as quickly as possible and will provide updates when we can.

Hi Maplers,

Thank you for your patience as we discussed next steps for the issue of players obtaining Night Fragments abnormally. We've concluded the investigation and have moved forward with the following:

• Night Fragments obtained abnormally by repeatedly claiming the weekly reward have been removed.
• Accounts that claimed and used an excess amount of Fragments have been issued a 7-day suspension.

We considered multiple factors in determining the threshold at which players would be affected by our decision. Most importantly, we didn't want players who may have claimed extra Night Fragments mistakenly to be affected by an issue on our end. After evaluating the situation, we determined some accounts gained Night Fragments in significant enough quantities to warrant a temporary suspension from the game.

Even if it’s for simple curiosity, the act of using a system error will be considered abnormal gameplay and we would advise Maplers to not use these when they occur. Please report it through our Player Support Center and wait until more information has been announced.
