[Updated Feb 6 at 10:13 PM PST] The unscheduled channel maintenance has been completed. Thank you for your patience.

We will be performing an unscheduled channel maintenance today, February 6, 2024 at 8:30 PM PST (11:30 PM EST / 5:30 AM CET February 7/ 3:30 PM AEDT February 7). We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 2 hours, concluding around 10:30 PM PST (1:30 AM EST February 7/ 7:30 AM CET / 5:30 PM AEDT). The maintenance will be rolled out progressively in stages as outlined below. In-game slide messages will inform players of the maintenance progress and which channels to avoid.

    • Channels 1-5 on EU Burning
    • Instanced Servers (instanced content such as Dimensional Invasion)

• Changes and Updates:
  • Fixed an issue causing Jetts to be unable to proceed with the Jett Job Advancement. 
    • Please note that this maintenance will change the v247 Open Advancement event to be extended until February 7 at 1:00 PM UTC.

Help Gold Richie unlock his safe with a secret code to win unique goodies. Transfer your highly trained Burning characters into your desired world with Burning World Leap. [Updated Feb. 7 at 10:28 AM PST] The maintenance has been completed and we have extended Cash Shop items for 6 hours. Please restart your Nexon Launcher or Steam to make sure that you get the latest client! Thank you for your patience.

We will be performing a scheduled game update on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 5:00 AM PST (8:00 AM EST / 2:00 PM CET / 12:00 AM AEDT Feb. 8). We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 5 hours, concluding around 10:00 AM PST (1:00 PM EST / 7:00 PM CET / 5:00 AM AEDT Feb. 8).

Hi Maplers,

We will be temporarily bringing down Luna Ch. 6 and 16 and EU Burning World Ch. 2, 3, 8, and 9 to fix the issue where the Premium Surprise Style Box is displaying the incorrect items in the Cash Shop. Please exit from Ch. 6 and 16 on Luna and Ch. 2, 3, 8 and 9 on EU Burning World before 8:15 PM PST ( 11:15 PM EST Jan 31 / 5:15 AM CET Feb 1 / 3:15 PM AEDT Feb 1).
