Hi Maplers,

We are currently investigating the issues with logging into NA Reboot world that started occurring approximately around 12:05 PM PDT on October 19, 2023. Any updates will be added to the top of this post. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

Greetings Maplers,

There was an error in the specifications for the Pumpkin pets that were rewarded as part of the Wisp's Wondrous Wonderberry in which the pets contained buff skills that were not intended for Reboot worlds.


During a future maintenance, we will be removing the pet buff skills from the permanent version of the Pumpkin pets in Reboot worlds.


We sincerely apologize to our players who experienced this error, and for the additional inconvenience caused by the removal of these pet buff skills.  

Players who are dissatisfied with this upcoming change and wish to receive a refund for their Pumpkin pets may contact Player Support.

[Update Oct 26] We are aware of an issue where some of the World's Best Punch King winners have received incorrect in-game rewards for their placement in the Top 10 Rankings. For those that were affected, please go ahead and claim the rewards, even if they are incorrect, by October 31, 2023 11:59 PM UTC, and we will swap it out for the correct reward during the an upcoming scheduled maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

The World’s Best Punch King event has ended and now it’s time for the top-ranked players to receive their rewards! Players who participated in the event had to defeat Punch King monsters and score at least 1,500 points in order to register in the ranking.

Rankings are registered separately for NA and EU worlds, and separately for Reboot and Aurora, Bera, Elysium, Luna, and Scania worlds too. You can also see the top 10 ranked winners from these worlds.

• To get your rewards, accept the ‘[Punch King] World's Best Punch King Ranking Reward’ quest from the event notifier on the left side of the screen, or talk to Champion Toben Hair located in major towns.
• Rewards can only be claimed by the character registered on the rankings.
• Make sure to claim your rewards before the last day!

Event Details:

• It’s spooky season in the land of Querencia so get ready to decorate!
• Requirement: Lv. 200 and above characters (Zero characters must have completed up to Chapter 2) that have completed the Home tutorial.
• Accept the ‘[Home] Autumn, Pumpkins, Halloween!’ scenario quest by talking to the Caretaker inside your Home.
  
  • The quest can be completed only once per world.
  • While the quest is in progress, the character who has started it cannot be changed.
    
    • To change the character, use the 'Reset quest progress' option on the My Home UI to reset the quest. After resetting, you can use another character to start the quest from the beginning again.
• Once the scenario quest is complete, you can accept the ‘[Home] Halloween Home Party’ quest from the star event notifier on the left side of the screen.
  
  • Your character must be Lv. 101 and above to start the ‘[Home] Halloween Home Party’ quest.
• This time, you can obtain a blueprint to expand your Halloween Manor to a 3-story house by collecting 25 Halloween furnishings. Additional blueprints to change the appearance of the 3-story Halloween Manor can be purchased from Kenneth's Blueprint Box using Querencia Coins.
  
  • Note: Expansion cannot begin if another house expansion is in progress.
• In order to obtain special Halloween-themed furnishings, you’ll be given the option to send your Caretaker shopping for them! You can select from the following:
  
  • Large Halloween Furnishing Pack
    • Shopping Time: 9 hours
    • Can obtain duplicates
  • Small Halloween Furnishing Pack
    • Shopping Time: 6 hours
    • Can obtain duplicates

• You can start this event by accepting the ‘[Halloween] Spooky Halloween! Event Guide’ quest through event notifier or from Hallowkitty located in the main town.
• Requirement: Lv. 101 and above. (Zero characters must have completed up to Chapter 2)
• Complete the following Daily Mission to receive rewards:
  
  • Defeat an Elite Monster or Elite Champion 3 times.
• You can complete Daily Missions up to 3 times during the event period.
• You can participate in the event once per world.

Daily Mission Rewards:

• Day 1: Hallowkitty's Cat Ears Selector Coupon: Tradeable within account, 7-day duration. Select one of the following:

We will be performing a scheduled maintenance for NA Worlds on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at 5:00 AM PDT (8:00 AM EDT / 2:00 PM CEST / 11:00 PM AEDT). We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 7 hours, concluding around 12:00 PM PDT (3:00 PM EDT / 9:00 PM CEST / 6:00 AM AEDT Oct. 20).
