Dear Maple Con LA 2025 Attendees,

We would like to begin by genuinely thanking everyone who joined us at Maple Con LA 2025 and expressed their support for the MapleStory community. We truly appreciate the time, effort, and passion you brought to the event.

Although there were moments throughout the event that were filled with joy and excitement for MapleStory, we also recognize that there were shortcomings as well. We would like to extend our deepest apologies for the event attendees that were affected by these inconveniences and share additional information regarding them.

An unexpected central server outage of a 3rd party POS and order management systems caused a major disruption to merchandise operations, leading to delays and incomplete order fulfillment. In addition, miscommunication between Nexon America, our event partners, and the venue staff contributed to poor coordination around entry lines and overall crowd management.

We take full responsibility for these issues and deeply regret the impact they had on your experience.

We are conducting a thorough internal review of all Maple Con LA 2025 operations. [p][/p][p]Maple Con Los Angeles 2025 on October 25 is only a few days away![/p][p]If you're joining us at the convention, here's a few last-minute tips:[/p]

• [p]Make sure you know where you're going! Full details for parking can be found on the Maple Con LA website, as well as in the Early Badge Pickup and Parking Information post released last week.[/p]
• [p]If you do pick up your badge during the Early Badge Pickup period on October 24, make sure you bring it with you on the day of the convention! Those without badges will not be allowed to enter, and we will not have replacement badges at the event![/p]
• [p]All attendees will receive a brochure for Maple Con LA, which will include a map of the venue, some details, as well as your personal Gift Code that can be used to claim the in-game rewards. Do not lose this code as it cannot be replaced, and please note that an account can only redeem one code, and each code can only be redeemed once.[/p]
  • [p]While we're happy for you to show things off on social media, be careful not to include this code in any pictures or videos you share![/p]

[p]And finally, for those that will not be joining us in Long Beach, you can still get a taste of the Maple Con LA experience on the MapleStory Twitch page from 11:45 AM PDT until approximately 4:30 PM PDT!
