This summer, we're treating Miracle Time a bit differently. Throughout the summer, Miracle Time will be enabled for equipment for specific slots giving you double the chance to Rank-Up your gear once!

This Saturday, August 12, 2023, Maplers on all Worlds will have Miracle Time enabled for Face Accessories, Eye Accessories, Pendants, Shoulders, Rings, Earrings, Belts, Badges, Emblems, and Android Hearts! Cube all of these critical stat-boosting items all-day Saturday with the improved Rank-Up chances!

Event Details:

• During the noted periods, you will be able to Cube away on Equipment for the Face Accessory, Eye Accessory, Pendant, Shoulder, Ring, Earring, Belt, Badge, Emblem, and Android Heart slots with Glowing Cubes, Bright Cubes, and Bonus Glowing Cubes, as well as Bonus Bright Cubes and Violet Cubes if you have them, with double the chance to rank-up equipment once when cubing!
• During the Miracle Time period, using a Cash Cube to upgrade an item to Legendary Rank will activate the "Double Miracle Time Blessing" buff for the map.
• Equipment for other slots does not benefit from this instance of the Miracle Summer event.
• Keep an eye out for more Miracle Summer events throughout the summer for chances to cube equipment for different item slots!

  • Changes have been made to the Node Conversion portion of the Jett Job Advancement to Explorer event. Please refer to the Maple Memo for further details.
  • The Jett Job Advancement to Explorer Event has reopened.
  • The main stats on items are now properly converted during the Jett Job Advancement if the item is protected by Item Guard.
  • The stats for DEX +% Potential Lines are now properly changed to STR +% and INT +% when choosing to change to Warriors, Mages, and STR Pirates.
  • The translation text error in the Sixth Star Chapter 1 Reward for the Legendary Circulator has been fixed.

We are currently investigating the issues relating to the Jett Job Advancement to Explorer event that occurred after the minor patch on July 27, 2023. Any updates will be added to the top of this post. Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

Hi Maplers,

We are writing to extend our sincerest apologies for the recent inconvenience caused by the downtime that occurred on July 20, 2023. For approximately 15 minutes, all NA Reboot world channels were inaccessible. On investigation, we found that some players' gameplay records had not been saved due to this server instability. We understand how frustrating and disappointing it can be to experience disruptions in your gameplay, and we take full responsibility for the inconvenience you have endured.

In recognition of these issues, we will be providing all players who have a login record in NA Reboot world anytime between the v.243 game update on July 19th at 12:00 PM UTC, and the time of instability on July 21st at 1:48 AM UTC, the following compensation (once per account):

• Compensation Box: Untradable, 7-day duration.
  
  • 2x EXP Coupon (15 min) (x20): Untradable, 7-day duration.
  • Special Medal of Honor (x5): Untradable, 7-day duration.
  • Symbol Selector Coupon: Tradeable within account, 7-day duration.
  • Trait Boost Potion: Untradable, 7-day duration.
  • Extreme Growth Potion: Untradable, 7-day duration.
• Growth Potion Selector Coupon: Untradable, 7-day duration.
• Nodestones (x25): Untradeable, 7-day duration.

These items will be delivered during the Scheduled Minor Patch on July 27, 2023. Please be sure to claim the items from the in-game Gift Drop menu by August 9th, 2023 at 11:59 PM UTC. We are aware that the in-game item description for the Compensation Box is incorrect, please refer to the list on this post for the correct items.

Separate to the compensation above, if you have experienced a loss in progression or items, please contact our Player Support here, and we request for your patience as we do our best to assist each player as swiftly as possible.

Players who have lost their Hyper Burning Lv. 220 rewards, the selection 17-Star AbsoLab Weapon Box or 15-Star Dominator Pendant Box, will have their rewards redistributed in an upcoming maintenance. If you are one of these players, please contact our Player Support team with the subject line "Hyper Burning Lv. 220 rewards", so we can investigate and ensure you are properly compensated.
