[Updated March 23 at 3:41 AM PDT] All servers are now back online! Cash shop items have been extended by 14 hours. Please restart your Nexon Launcher or Steam to make sure that you get the latest client. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we worked to address the issues!

Changes and Updates:

• The root cause of the constant channel crashes has been identified and fixed.
• Fixed the issue where Mixed-Dye Hairstyles were not being properly applied to the character from the Salon.
• Fixed an issue where viewing the Character Information window of any character would cause the game client to close.
• Players that had their Fairy Bros' Golden Giveaway progress reset due to logging into Super Yeti x Pink Bean world now have their progress restored.
• "Yeti x Pink Bean" is no longer misaligned on the Europe region world selection screen. 
• Compensation for the extneded downtime after the v240 patch has been distributed. Please claim your items from the gift box icon before April 5 at 11:59PM UTC.

Hi Maplers,

We have decided to bring all servers down in order to investigate the root cause of the channel crashes that have been coming after the v.240 Double Trouble Recharge update maintenance and address it as soon as possible. We apologize for the downtime and will provide an update at the top of this post when we can.

In the midst of our scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, we sometimes perform hotfixes to address a variety of bugs and issues without bringing down the servers. We will use this post as a collective hub to update our players with the hotfix details, such as when and which fix was applied. Each time there is an update, this post will be bumped up on our news page and the update will clearly be indicated with the date the hotfix was applied. We hope that this will be a useful record and helpful information for our players.

Here you'll find a list of hotfixes that addresses a variety of bugs and issues reported within the v.240 Double Trouble Recharge update.

Hotfixes:

• March 22, 2023
  • Fixed an issue where going to Super Yeti x Pink Bean World would reset your Fairy Bros' Golden Giveaway progress as of 11:56 PM PDT.
    • We are still working to restore the progress for Maplers who already had their progress reset.

 

Pink Bean and Yeti return once again as limited-time playable classes in Super Yeti x Pink Bean World! Level both classes to earn awesome rewards themed around both characters, including some unique titles! The Yeti x Pink Bean Step Up event will be there to help you on your journey throughout Maple World with special gear and consumables! Earn cosmetics by raising your very own Rock Spirit in Grow The Rock Spirit! And earn EXP along with chairs in I Haven’t Done Anything! Revisit the story cutscenes from Arcane River and Grandis with a new overhaul to the Grand Athenaeum in Maple Chronicle. Experience a new Boss UI with the addition of an auto-matchmaking feature.
