[Updated March 23 at 2:43 PM PST] The maintenance has been completed and all channels are now available. Thank you for your patience.

We will be performing an unscheduled channel maintenance on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 12:30 PM PDT (3:30 PM EDT / 8:30 PM CET / 6:30 AM AEDT March 24). We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 2 hours, concluding around 2:30 PM PDT (5:30 PM EDT / 10:30 PM CET / 8:30 AM AEDT March 24). The maintenance will be rolled out progressively in stages as outlined below. In-game slide messages will inform players of the maintenance progress and which channels to avoid.

[Updated March 23 at 3:41 AM PDT] All servers are now back online! Cash shop items have been extended by 14 hours. Please restart your Nexon Launcher or Steam to make sure that you get the latest client. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we worked to address the issues!

Changes and Updates:

• The root cause of the constant channel crashes has been identified and fixed.
• Fixed the issue where Mixed-Dye Hairstyles were not being properly applied to the character from the Salon.
• Fixed an issue where viewing the Character Information window of any character would cause the game client to close.
• Players that had their Fairy Bros' Golden Giveaway progress reset due to logging into Super Yeti x Pink Bean world now have their progress restored.
• "Yeti x Pink Bean" is no longer misaligned on the Europe region world selection screen. 
• Compensation for the extneded downtime after the v240 patch has been distributed. Please claim your items from the gift box icon before April 5 at 11:59PM UTC.

We have decided to bring all servers down in order to investigate the root cause of the channel crashes that have been coming after the v.240 Double Trouble Recharge update maintenance and address it as soon as possible. We apologize for the downtime and will provide an update at the top of this post when we can.

In the midst of our scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, we sometimes perform hotfixes to address a variety of bugs and issues without bringing down the servers. We will use this post as a collective hub to update our players with the hotfix details, such as when and which fix was applied. Each time there is an update, this post will be bumped up on our news page and the update will clearly be indicated with the date the hotfix was applied. We hope that this will be a useful record and helpful information for our players.

    • We are still working to restore the progress for Maplers who already had their progress reset.
