Please note that while we aim to cover the most impactful issues, this list will not encompass every reported issue. Check back regularly for updates on the status of these issues and information on resolved issues, or any new issues that may have been added.

- World Leap
- Characters world leaping from a Challenger-World would disconnect from the game.
- Common
- Some items no longer have a duration period.
Resolved Issues:
- September 5, 2025
- Clarification regarding players unable to complete World Leap from Challenger World - Interactive to Scania under certain conditions:
- This issue occurs when an account has more characters than the number of unlocked slots due to the World Merge. In all such cases, you must delete a character to free up a slot before you can proceed with the World Leap.
- After deleting a character from Scania to free up a slot, you will be prevented from entering Scania again until a character is selected.
- To proceed the leap, please go directly to Challenger World - Interactive and continue with the World Leap.

- Resolved an issue with the portal in the Small Forest Trail during the 'Returning the Empty Lunch Box' Evan quest.
- Resolved an issue in Challenger World where the Tera Burn character limit would reset after leaping a character that used a Tera Burninator.
- Resolved an issue where Sia characters are unable to start the '[Legion Champion] Champion's Path' quest.
- Resolved an issue where Sia characters were unable to access the '[Genesis Weapon] Weapon Reissue' quest.
- Resolved an issue where Sia characters would not receive their Secondary during their intro quests.
- Resolved an issue causing Sia Characters Erda Link to reset when leaping from Challenger Worlds.
- Sia Astelle can now World Leap again.
- Sia characters that have World Leaped already will have their Erda Link progress restored to when the character was in the Challenger-World.
- Any resources used in the world you leaped to for upgrading your Erda Link will also be refunded, but this will happen at a later time as we need to gather more information during our investigation.
- Resolved an issue where the Save the Diver Event was displaying items that are unobtainable from the current event.
- Resolved an issue where Shadower's skill Shadow Edge was not functioning correctly.
- Resolved an issue where Korean text would appear multiple times when defeating enemies and collecting Troupe Coins.
- Resolved an issue where the 'To Spouse' and 'Familiar' key binds would not properly save when being set as a Custom Key Binding.
- Resolved an issue where Guild and Alliance names could not be changed if the current name is a duplicate after the World Merge. Changing Guild and Alliance names has been reenabled.
- Resolved an issue where characters affected by the World Merge were unable to receive the World Merge Commemorative Title.
- Resolved an issue causing the Monster Collection Data to reset after the World Merge.
- Resolved an issue where Meso Market transactions that were started prior to the World Merge were unable to be cancelled after the World Merge.
- Resolved an issue where the Character Switch UI would show invisible and selectable character slots despite having filled the 58 character slots after the World Merge.

- Resolved an issue where the Equipment Transfer perk was unavailable after unlocking the Senior Designer rank.
- August 29, 2025
- Resolved an issue where Inspector Supply Boxes obtained from the Ride or Die event could not be opened.
- Resolved an issue where Sia Premium Pass rewards were claimable without purchasing the premium pass.
- All affected accounts restrictions have been lifted, and we sincerely apologize for the delay. The following compensation have been sent to those affected accounts, and the items can be claimed through Maple Administrator NPC. Claim Period: Until October 5th, 2025 at 11:59 PM UTC

- Resolved an issue where all worlds were able to participate in the World Merge Hunting Event.
- Resolved an issue where buffs received from Lantern Bright with Wishes could be obtained more than once.
- August 27, 2025
- Resolved an issue where the Wish Upon a Star event reward claim period ended a day earlier than intended.
- Unclaimed rewards can now be claimed by talking to Maple Administrator via Quick Move.
- Rewards can be claimed until September 2, 2025 at 11:59 PM UTC.
- For the Premium Login Event, an additional 5 hours of accumulation time has been added.
- The duration of reward boxes that contain items like Root Abyss Set or Title Exchange Coupons has been extended to September 3, 2025 at 11:59 PM UTC.
- Consumable rewards like EXP Coupons will keep their original duration.
