Attention Maplers,

During the Registration phase of the Magical Miracle Time event for Reboot world, some Maplers attempted to register for their Magical Miracle Time, but due to technical errors were unable to properly save their registration. We apologize for the error, and will be running a make-up Magical Miracle Time for those players on Saturday, July 23.

Please note that this Magical Miracle Time will only be active for players that purchased tickets for Magical Miracle Time but those tickets did not result in a properly registered MMT period. Those who did not purchase a ticket at all will not be able to participate, and those whose issues were addressed as part of the July 7 maintenance and did receive a MMT period will also not be able to participate.

We will be performing an unscheduled maintenance on NA Reboot World Thursday, July 7th, 2022 at 6:00 AM PDT (9:00 AM EDT / 3:00 PM CEST / 11:00 PM AEST). We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 2 hours, concluding around 8:00 AM PDT (11:00 AM EDT / 5:00 PM CEST / 1:00 AM AEST July 8th). Attention Maplers,

Receiving Magicial Miracle Time Benefits
We received a report about an issue where players would not properly receive the Magical Miracle Time (MMT) benefits until logging in or changing channels to see the scroll announcement and the “It’s Miracle Time!” badge on top of the screen. While we investigate this issue, we ask players to please make sure you see the scroll announcement and badge prior to proceeding with your cubing activities once MMT starts for your registered date. This will ensure that you will properly receive the benefits of MMT during the event duration.



Upcoming Reboot World Maintenance on July 7
We plan to have a Reboot world maintenance on Thursday, July 7th, in order to address the issue where MMT Pre-Registration selection was not saved after logging out for some players. For players that were affected by the above issue and were unable to properly register even with the temporary workaround from our post, the maintenance will set the MMT date the player initially registered for prior to the date not saving. Players that were able to successfully re-register during the pre-registration period will keep the date displayed on their MMT cube icon. Please keep a look out for our maintenance post this week for the exact time and details.

However, the players that purchased the July 6 and July 7 MMT tickets would have had their sessions end by the time we have the maintenance. For these players, we plan to hold a make-up MMT event at a later date. Please keep an eye out for updates for more details. Thank you.

Hi Maplers,

Due to an issue of abuse with the New Journey event's Lv. 220 reward, we applied a hotfix so that the 20,000 Maple Point Gift Certificate will temporarily not be distributed until we further investigate the issue. From July 4 at 6:28 PM PT, you will still receive the Adventurer's Hope Box but without the 20,000 Maple Point Gift Certificate upon reaching Lv. 220 with your Explorer character. We plan to distribute the 20,000 Maple Point Gift Certificate to those who were unable to receive the reward at a later date. We will provide the date details once available. Hi Maplers,

We received reports about the following issues with the Magical Miracle Time (MMT) Pre-Registration on Reboot world:

• Only certain Reboot world characters that logged in after July 1 at 12:00 AM UTC have received the MMT pre-registration quest within the star event notifier.
  
  • Note: Please be aware that the quest will only be available on Lv. 101 and above characters.
  • Workaround: Please check for the pre-registration quest on all of your Reboot world characters that you have logged into recently. The character should be in a major town, as some maps may prevent the quest from appearing.
• MMT Pre-Registration selection is not saved after some players log out.
  
  • Workaround: If the MMT cube icon does not appear on the left side of the screen and display a “registered” date, please attempt to pre-register once again. We recommend that you try again, avoiding the first hour after the restock period which has high player traffic (12:05 PM - 1:05 PM UTC & 12:05 AM - 1:05 AM UTC).

Our teams are investigating the above issues. However, due to the limited timeframe for the MMT Pre-Registration, we highly encourage our Maplers to follow the instructions noted above as temporary workarounds. For players that are affected by the issue where MMT Pre-Registration selection is not saved after log-out and are unable to participate in the July 6 - July 10 MMT as a result, we plan to schedule a make up event at a later time to ensure that these players can partake in the MMT event for Reboot world. Players who successfully purchased and used a pre-registration ticket but had their registration date reset and could not register again during the pre-registration duration should submit a ticket to our Customer Support Team. We apologize for the inconvenience.
