Thank you for your continued support and passion for MapleStory. To ensure a smoother and more comfortable game experience for everyone, we will be conducting a character clean-up by flagging inactive characters for removal. This flagging process will begin on September 24, 2025 (after maintenance) and will continue until November 12, 2025 (before maintenance). Characters that remain flagged after this date will be permanently deleted after the maintenance on November 12, 2025. Please refer to the conditions below for more details on whether your characters may be affected.

• [p]Lv. 61 or lower.[/p]
• [p]The character has not logged in since September 24, 2022.[/p]
• [p]The character is not a Guild Leader or Alliance Leader.[/p]
• [p]The character does not have unclaimed cash items in the Auction House.[/p]

[p]To prevent your characters from being deleted, please log onto each world where your character(s) has been flagged at least once between September 24, 2025 (after maintenance) - November 12, 2025 (before maintenance).

[p]How to Participate[/p]

• [p]Select ‘\[Night Troupe] No Gong’s Acuity Training’ from the Event List and click ‘Participate’ to teleport to the event map.[/p]
• [p]Talk to No Gong to enter the Acuity Training map.[/p]
• [p]You can participate once a day per character within the world.[/p]

[p]No Gong’s Acuity Training Mini-game[/p]

• [p]The mini-game consists of 10 stages and the goal is to shoot and knockout as many Peach Monkey targets as possible.[/p]
• [p]Each stage:[/p]
  • [p]Has a 5-second time limit.[/p]
  • [p]Gives you 5 bullets to shoot.[/p]

• [p]Receive two kinds of rewards for participating in all 10 stages:[/p]
  • [p]Default Reward: Symbol Selector Coupon (20/4): Tradable within world, 7-day duration.[/p]
  • [p]Bonus Reward: The number of Peach Monkeys defeated will determine the amount of Bonus Rewards you’ll receive![/p]

Changes and Updates:

• Resolved an issue where playing on Kanna characters could cause the client to crash.
• Resolved an issue preventing Guild and Alliance leaders from changing their Guild or Alliance name if it began with the letters 'A', 'E', or 'S'.
• Resolved an issue where Sia characters could start the '[Genesis Weapon] Weapon Reissue' quest while already having a Genesis Weapon in their inventory.

Clarification regarding players unable to complete World Leap from Challenger World - Interactive to Scania under certain conditions:

• This issue occurs when an account has more characters than the number of unlocked slots due to the World Merge. In all such cases, you must delete a character to free up a slot before you can proceed with the World Leap.
• After deleting a character from Scania to free up a slot, you will be prevented from entering Scania again until a character is selected.
• To proceed the leap, please go directly to Challenger World - Interactive and continue with the World Leap.

• Resolved an issue with the portal in the Small Forest Trail during the 'Returning the Empty Lunch Box' Evan quest.
• Resolved an issue in Challenger World where the Tera Burn character limit would reset after leaping a character that used a Tera Burninator.
• Resolved an issue where Sia characters are unable to start the '[Legion Champion] Champion's Path' quest.
• Resolved an issue where the Save the Diver Event was displaying items that are unobtainable from the current event.
• Resolved an issue where Shadower's skill Shadow Edge was not functioning correctly.
• Resolved an issue where Korean text would appear multiple times when defeating enemies and collecting Troupe Coins.
• Resolved an issue where the 'To Spouse' and 'Familiar' key binds would not properly save when being set as a Custom Key Binding.
• [Updated 9/4/25] Changing of Guild and Alliance names has been reenabled for those affected due to having duplicate Guild or Alliance names after the World Merge.
• [Updated 9/4/25] Resolved an issue where characters affected by the World Merge were unable to receive the World Merge Commemorative Title.
• [Updated 9/4/25] Resolved an issue causing Sia Characters Erda Link to reset when leaping from Challenger Worlds.
  • Sia Astelle will now be available to World Leap again.
  • Sia characters that have World Leaped already will have their Erda Link progress restored to when the character was in the Challenger-World.
  • Any resources used in the world you leaped to for upgrading your Erda Link will also be refunded, but this will happen at a later time as we need to gather more information during our investigation.
• [Updated 9/4/25] Resolved an issue causing the Monster Collection Data to reset after the World Merge.
• [Updated 9/4/25] Resolved an issue where Meso Market transactions that were started prior to the World Merge were unable to be cancelled after the World Merge.
• [Updated 9/4/25] Resolved an issue where Sia characters were unable to access the '[Genesis Weapon] Weapon Reissue' quest.
• [Updated 9/4/25] Resolved an issue where Sia characters would not receive their Secondary during their intro quests.
• [Updated 9/4/25] Resolved an issue where the Character Switch UI would show invisible and selectable character slots despite having filled the 58 character slots after the World Merge.
