Here’s a little update on what we observed after the March 3rd maintenance and March 16th v.231 game update.

March 3 Maintenance and March 16 v.231 Game Update
We’ve seen the player survey responses from the changes made during the March 3rd maintenance and we applied those changes to the rest of the remaining channels, channels 21 and 30, in NA Reboot world during our March 16th game update. We will continue monitoring the NA Reboot world channels to see if additional changes are necessary.

March 24 Maintenance
The Yeti x Pink Bean World servers were using the same servers that channel 21 and 30 of NA Reboot world use. Despite the high traffic in the event world, we saw some feedback that Yeti x Pink Bean World channels felt good in terms of lag, so we applied these same changes to Bera world so that all the channels are also using the new servers.

As usual, we will post another survey to gather information after this weekend, when the Bera world channels have had some time to be played on for a few days. The survey link will be provided here in this post as well as posted on our community platforms. We’d appreciate your active participation and feedback on these surveys.

  • Fixed the issue where the player that placed an Advanced Extractor may crash when another player used it to extract an item.
  • Fixed the issue where Lara characters were unable to claim the Yeti x Pink Bean Step Up account rewards.
  • Fixed the issue where there was untranslated text in Shining Effect's description tooltip.
  • Fixed the issue where certain Dalair medal quests were available as 'Quest in progress' within the lightbulb notifier. The medal quests completed and medals claimed after the v.231 update on March 16 will be removed as these quests were supposed to be removed during the maintenance.
  • Fixed the issue where the Joyous Dream Garb graphic did not cover the character's arm during the combat-ready animation.
  • Fixed the issue where the '[Maple Guide Mission] Spell Traces and the Enhancement UI' quest could not be accepted on the Yeti x Pink Bean World.
  • Fixed the issue where certain arrows no longer gave the attack buffs when it was mentioned on the item's description tooltip.
  • Fixed the issue where Superstar Pink Beanroid was displayed during Pollo and Fritto Courtship Dance mini-game.
  • [Updated March 22] We will be replacing all channels on the Bera world for the ongoing lag investigations.
  • [Updated March 22] Character names used on the removed Burning World characters will now be available.

In the midst of our scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, we sometimes perform hotfixes to address a variety of bugs and issues without bringing down the servers. We will use this post as a collective hub to update our players with the hotfix details, such as when and which fix was applied. Each time there is an update, this post will be bumped up on our news page and the update will clearly be indicated with the date the hotfix was applied. We hope that this will be a useful record and helpful information for our players.

• March 18, 2022
  • Fixed the issue where 64-bit Client could not be launched properly through Steam and GeForce NOW. Please make sure you proceed with the update on Steam to properly run on a 64-bit Client!
• March 16, 2022
  • Fixed the issue where Yeti and Pink Bean characters did not receive the Yeti x Pink Bean passive skill upon creation. Please note that you may have to log out and log back in to see the passive skill on your existing Yeti and Pink Bean characters.
