Hello Maplers,

We apologize for the delayed response regarding the Unicube issue that occurred on February 22nd in Interactive Worlds. We have been reviewing the Unicube usage logs, examining the list of fraudulent users, and examining the list of items that were abnormally enhanced. We ask for your understanding as this analysis takes time to ensure an accurate response and resolution.

Below is our planned course of action:

1. In order to prevent the further spread of problematic items on the server, we will be temporarily withdrawing abnormally enhanced items during today’s emergency maintenance.
2. After thorough investigation, additional measures will be taken against users who have misused the Unicube.
3. Once we’ve completed the investigation, compensation for the emergency maintenance will be provided.
4. Retrieved items will be restored. If needed, there may be additional measures taken such as rolling items back to their state prior to Unicube usage and returning Unicubes where appropriate. 

We are committed to strengthening our internal development processes to prevent such incidents from occurring again and to minimize any inconvenience for our MapleStory players. Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

  • Resolved a text issue with the pop-up text for World Leaping.
  • Resolved an issue causing players to move to the incorrect map when exiting the Commerci Party Quest.
  • Resolved an issue in the San Commerci Trade Voyages that caused monsters to spawn incorrectly.
  • Resolved an issue causing the incorrect text to display when using Karma Black Rebirth Flames.
