[Updated 10/29] We will be performing a scheduled Cash Shop maintenance on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 5:00 AM PDT (8:00 AM EDT / 1:00 PM CET /11:00 PM AEDT). We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 3 hours, concluding around 8:00 AM PDT (11:00 AM EDT / 4:00 PM CET / 2:00 AM AEDT October 31). This maintenance will not affect your access to log in or play MapleStory.

Maple Con LA Tips and Livestream

[p][/p][p]Maple Con Los Angeles 2025 on October 25 is only a few days away![/p][p]If you're joining us at the convention, here's a few last-minute tips:[/p]
  • [p]Make sure you know where you're going! Full details for parking can be found on the Maple Con LA website, as well as in the Early Badge Pickup and Parking Information post released last week.[/p]
  • [p]If you do pick up your badge during the Early Badge Pickup period on October 24, make sure you bring it with you on the day of the convention! Those without badges will not be allowed to enter, and we will not have replacement badges at the event![/p]
  • [p]All attendees will receive a brochure for Maple Con LA, which will include a map of the venue, some details, as well as your personal Gift Code that can be used to claim the in-game rewards. Do not lose this code as it cannot be replaced, and please note that an account can only redeem one code, and each code can only be redeemed once.[/p]
    • [p]While we're happy for you to show things off on social media, be careful not to include this code in any pictures or videos you share![/p]
[p]And finally, for those that will not be joining us in Long Beach, you can still get a taste of the Maple Con LA experience on the MapleStory Twitch page from 11:45 AM PDT until approximately 4:30 PM PDT! Scheduled Minor Patch - October 23, 2025



[Updated 10:30 AM PDT] The maintenance has been completed and we have extended Cash Shop items in your inventory for 6 hours. Please restart your Nexon Launcher or Steam to make sure that you get the latest client! Thank you for your patience.

We will be performing a scheduled minor patch maintenance starting on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 5:00 AM PDT (8:00 AM EDT / 2:00 PM CEST / 11:00 PM AEDT). We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 6 hours, concluding around 11:00 AM PDT (2:00 PM EDT / 8:00 PM CEST / 5:00 AM AEDT October 24).

Please note, details pertaining to Kanna skills, that were announced in our Known Issues Post, will be updated on this post after the maintenance has been completed.

  • [Updated 10/23] Resolved an issue where Worlds would not appear on the EU Region World Selection Screen.
  • [Updated 10/23] Resolved an issue where players from the Netherlands were able to access the Meso Market and Auction House.
    • This feature will be blocked again when playing in the Netherlands.
  • Added a feature where reaching more than 5,000 Reward Points in a day will prompt the player to use the Reward Points in the Cash Shop.
    • After maintenance, Reward Points that exceed the limit and are not claimed prior to reset will be claimable after reset.
  • Resolved an issue where Challenger Equipment was unable to be upgraded due to an 'unknown error' occurring.
  • Resolved a display issue where the rate of enhancement would display incorrectly when using the 'Star Force +1-Star Enhancement Scroll 50%'  item.
  • Resolved an issue where the Mo Xuan skill 'HEXA Divine Arts: Swirling Tide' would cause players to disconnect when used repeatedly.
  • Resolved an issue where the Kanna skill 'Circle of Suppression' would deactivate after dealing damage.
  • Resolved an issue where a stack of 0 Rebirth Fragments were taking an item slot in the Storage.
    • Current stacks of 0 Rebirth Fragments will be removed during the maintenance.
  • Resolved an issue where Sacred Power was incorrectly displayed in the Sacred Symbol UI.
  • Resolved a text issue where incorrect text was displayed on the Grand Sacred Symbol Enhancement button.
  • Resolved an issue where the Hayato skill 'Jin Quick Draw' description was incorrect.
  • Resolved an issue where the Kanna skill 'Hakumenkonmou Juubi' description was incorrect.
  • Resolved a display issue where Baldrix was incorrectly displayed below Akechi Mitsuhide on the Boss Contents UI.
  • Resolved an issue where players would crash when attempting to complete the '[Limina] The Final Foe' quest.
  • Resolved a display issue where the MVP Silver rank reward from the Daily Gift was incorrectly showcasing the items gained as '4x' instead of '3x' as intended.
  • Resolved an issue where the Champion's Renown buff was removed when entering the Baldrix boss fight.
  • Resolved an issue causing some players to be missing some Cash Items following the scheduled minor patch on October 2.
