Attention Maplers,

We’d like to share with you regarding our plans to limit certain items’ functionality usage in future Lv. 300 and above areas. In new Lv. 300 and above areas, a limitation will be placed on using item functionalities that affect the overall game balance. This change was decided after thorough and careful consideration, so that the current gameplay of players who own these items would not be largely affected while still taking into account the health of the future game environment and new player experiences. There currently are no plans ready to share regarding the implementation date of Lv. 300 and above areas. However, we wanted to give our players advanced notice so that you’ll have enough time to take note of these future changes before they take effect. We hope you understand.

The following items will be affected by this change in the new Lv. 300 and above areas:

Breath of Divinity
Lucid’s Earring
Reaper's Pendant
The Ring of Torment
Firestarter Ring
Battle-Roid (M)/(F)
Frenzy Totem
Wild Totem

You may be curious about how Kanna’s ‘Kishin Shoukan’ skill will behave in the new Lv. 300 and above area, as the skill provides similar features to some of the items listed above. Our teams have been reviewing the ‘Kishin Shoukan’ skill in detail and since this skill has a unique effect on the overall balance of the game, we plan on reducing its effectiveness next year. We will share the finalized, detailed plans with you as soon as we have them available.

We plan to execute the following changes to avoid any potential confusion going forward:

• Add a notice regarding the item usage limitation on the description tooltip of the items listed above during our v.230 patch update maintenance.
  
• New areas implemented with Lv. 300 and above condition will retain the item usage limitation even if their level condition gets adjusted to below Lv. 300 sometime in the future.

[Updated January 11 at 10:08 AM PST] The maintenance has been completed! We have extended Cash Shop items for 4 hours. Please make sure to restart your Nexon Launcher or Steam to make sure that you get the latest client.

[Updated January 5 at 8:18 PM PST] The scheduled maintenance on January 6 will be postponed and tentatively rescheduled to January 11. We would like to take some extra care and time to ensure that the additional period of Magical Miracle Time is without any issues before we release the event. We apologize for this additional delay, as we know that those who were affected by the issues on December 25 and December 26 are eager to "make-up" their missed Magical Miracle Time. We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we prepare for the event.

We will be performing a scheduled maintenance on Tuesday January 11, 2022 at 7:00 AM PST (10:00 AM EST / 4:00 PM CET / 2:00 AM AEDT Jan. 12). We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 3 hours, concluding around 10:00 AM PST (1:00 PM EST / 7:00 PM CET / 5:00 AM AEDT Jan. 12).   • Fixed the issue where spawn enhancers such as Wild Totem, Fury Totem, Monolith, and Kanna's Kishin Shoukan, were usable in Ranheim Defense.
    • Note: This was disabled due to the boss not spawning.
  • [Updated January 11] Compensation for the recent issue with the Maplemas Merrymaking Event has been distributed to players in the following categories. Please claim the items from your Gift Drop before January 31 at 11:59 PM UTC.
    • Players that could not complete Mission 1 will receive the following:

    •  Players that completed Mission 1 but could not complete Mission 2 will receive the following:

  • [Updated January 11] Compensation for the recent Magical Miracle Time issues has been distributed to players that had registered for MMT on December 25 and December 26. Please see the compensation details below:
    
    • Half of the Red Cubes and Black Cubes that were used during the faulty MMT periods (12/25: 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM UTC & 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM UTC, 12/26: 3:00 AM - 4:00 AM UTC) will be returned. Please claim the items from your Gift Drop before January 24 at 11:59 PM UTC. 
      • For example: If you used 10 Red Cubes during MMT on 12/25 or 12/26, you will receive 5 Red Cubes. 
        
    • Red and Black Cubes that expired between 12/25, 12/26 - 1/11 Scheduled Maintenance will be returned and extended to 1/20 23:59 UTC.  
    • Red and Black Cubes that will expire between 1/11 (after the maintenance) - 1/14 3:00 AM UTC will be extended by 10 days. 
    • Note: If you were affected by the MMT issues on 12/25 and 12/26 and have further questions or concerns, please submit a Support Ticket.

[Updated December 25 at 3:26 AM PST] As mentioned on our Magical Miracle Time Issue in Reboot World post, we discovered that the Magical Miracle Time event's time slots that coincide with that of non-Reboot worlds (December 25 at 8:30 AM UTC & December 25 at 10:00 PM UTC & December 26 at 3:00 AM UTC) do not work as they should for players that registered for those days in NA and EU Reboot worlds. Thus, the remaining available Magical Miracle Time event will be for those that registered for December 26th during the following time slots in Reboot worlds:

• December 26, 2021
  
  • 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM UTC
    
  • 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM UTC

The holiday season brings us a special Magical Miracle Time Event! Maplers on non-Reboot worlds will be able to take part in the classic Miracle Time during periods on Saturday, December 25 - Sunday December 26 UTC, while Reboot world Maplers will be able to reserve a date between December 22 and 26 UTC for their rank-up bonus chances!

Event Details:

• When the Registration Period begins, use the Star Event Notifier to accept the "[MMT] Magical Miracle Time Pre-registration" quest to be awarded a registration coin, and select which date you'd like to try to purchase a Magical Miracle Time Registration Ticket for.
• Note: Available in Reboot World only.
• Use the Star Event Notifier to travel to the Miracle Time Registration Map, and speak to the NPC there to purchase a Magical Miracle Time Registration Ticket for the previously selected day. In order to prevent overcrowding, you will only have 60 seconds to make the purchase, after which time you will be returned to the previous map you were on, and have to select a day again. Failing to purchase a ticket will not prevent you from accessing the same Magical Miracle Time Registration Ticket vendor.
• Miracle Time will, as usual, occur during three hour-long periods during the day. For example, a 12/22 Magical Miracle Time Registration Ticket will enable Miracle Time during the following periods:
  • PST (UTC -8): 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM December 21, 2021 & 12:30 AM – 1:30 AM December 22, 2021 & 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM December 22, 2021

• Make sure you are free during the date you register for, these tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded!
• Players cannot enter the lobby map between 11:55 AM - 12:05 PM UTC and 11:55 PM - 12:05 AM UTC while the shops are being restocked.
• Players that purchased a ticket can no longer enter a lobby map where the registration tickets are sold.
• Once the player purchased the ticket, they must use the ticket by December 22 at 2:00 AM UTC to complete the registration.
• Players can check the registered date by hovering over the cube icon on the left side of the screen.

Event Details:

• You must use your Magical Miracle Time Registration Ticket prior to December 22 at 2:00 AM UTC to gain the benefits of the Magical Miracle Time Event.
• Note: Available in Reboot World only.
• You will gain the benefits of Miracle Time during three hour-long periods during the day. For example, a 12/22 Magical Miracle Time Registration Ticket will enable Miracle Time during the following periods:
  • PST (UTC -8): 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM December 21, 2021 & 12:30 AM – 1:30 AM December 22, 2021 & 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM December 22, 2021
