On October 14, MapleStory Fest returned to sunny Los Angeles, CA! This year's in-person gathering focused on community appreciation, with an emphasis on building connections between fans, Bean Brigade influencers, and Nexon staff. There was lots of fun to be had by all with our special guest--Executive Director Wonki, a Bean Brigade Family Feud, cosplay contest, and more!

In the midst of our scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, we sometimes perform hotfixes to address a variety of bugs and issues without bringing down the servers. We will use this post as a collective hub to update our players with the hotfix details, such as when and which fix was applied. Each time there is an update, this post will be bumped up on our news page and the update will clearly be indicated with the date the hotfix was applied. We hope that this will be a useful record and helpful information for our players.

  • The Pumpkin pets from Wisp's Wondrous Wonderberry in Reboot worlds have been changed to the versions that do not provide buffs. Please see the new pets below:
    
    • Pumpkin Zack
    • Pumpkin Mack
    • Pumpkin Jack
      • Players who had the pumpkin pets will have them removed and replaced with the new version that do not provide buffs. Please see this post here for additional information.

 

Hi Maplers,

We are currently investigating the issues with logging into NA Reboot world that started occurring approximately around 12:05 PM PDT on October 19, 2023. Any updates will be added to the top of this post. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

Greetings Maplers,

There was an error in the specifications for the Pumpkin pets that were rewarded as part of the Wisp's Wondrous Wonderberry in which the pets contained buff skills that were not intended for Reboot worlds.


During a future maintenance, we will be removing the pet buff skills from the permanent version of the Pumpkin pets in Reboot worlds.


We sincerely apologize to our players who experienced this error, and for the additional inconvenience caused by the removal of these pet buff skills.  

Players who are dissatisfied with this upcoming change and wish to receive a refund for their Pumpkin pets may contact Player Support.
