• We're celebrating Khali's release early so you can prepare for what's to come!
• Requirement: Lv. 101 and above (Zero characters must have completed up to Chapter 2).
• Play at least 1 hour each day during this event to get login rewards from the Gift Drop!

Hey Maplers,

Recently, we experienced server load issues caused by a spike in Cube usage on May 13th. We found out that it unfortunately caused a few tier-ups from using Bright Cubes to not be saved.  Regarding the issue, we have conducted a full investigation of all Cube usage on May 13th and will provide compensation for the players affected with the number of Cubes used during the time of the issue until they were properly tiered up again.

Example: 

• On May 13th, Item A with Epic Potential was upgraded to Unique Potential by using a Bright Cube.
• The Unique Potential was not saved and the player used 13 Bright Cubes after to upgrade the item to Unique Potential which was saved properly.
• After the May 25th maintenance, the Gift Drop will contain 14 Bright Cubes and a Compensation Box for the player.

Those that were affected will also be receiving the following in this week's maintenance:

• Compensation Box Coupon: 7-day duration, tradeable within world. Use to receive:
  • 2x EXP Coupon (15 min)(x10): 7-day duration, untradeable.
  • 2x Drop Rate Coupon (15 min)(x10): 7-day duration, untradeable.
  • Special Medal of Honor (x3): 7-day duration, untradeable.

We've taken steps to ensure this issue doesn't happen again and we apologize for the inconvenience.

[Updated May 25 at 10:15 AM PDT] The maintenance has been completed and we have extended Cash Shop items for 6 hours. Please restart your Nexon Launcher or Steam to make sure that you get the latest client! Thank you for your patience.

We are aware of an issue where attempting to change regions during or after the process of creating a new character will prompt an error message stating that "The game file has been damaged". We are currently investigating the issue, but if you encounter this error please re-launch the game client and try again.

[Updated May 24 10:30 AM PDT] Added bug fixes. Please note that you may experience a slight delay when launching the client after the maintenance. This is due to several changes that we implemented to improve game client security.

We will be performing a scheduled minor patch on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 5:00 AM PDT (8:00 AM EDT / 2:00 PM CEST / 10:00 PM AEST). We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 6 hours, concluding around 11:00 AM PDT (2:00 PM EDT / 8:00 PM CEST / 4:00 AM AEST May 26). Thanks for your patience!
