• The world is your oyster! - Your caravan is your shop and can be customised to your liking. Gather relics, goods and oddities from across the empire, ensuring your shop is THE place to go.
  
• Haggle your way to the top - Fine-tune your haggling skills and charisma to sway customers and make bags of money. Visit the auction house, interact with customers and stock the hottest commodities. During your growth as a merchant you’ll come across quests that will allow you to gain unique items or add boons to your skills.
  
• Dabble in the mystics - Magical, cursed and forgotten objects may fall into your hands along the way. Use them alongside magical potions to your advantage.
  
• Make friends and enemies - Use your charm to navigate the factions and choose who you will ally with. Beware! Based on how you interact with other competitors who share your quest, you’ll forge lasting connections or build strong rivalries.
  

We’ve already localised the game into a whole host of languages including Simplified Chinese, Korean, Turkish, Thai, German, and more. We’ve less than one week to go until the launch of Dealer’s Life Legend and we hope you’re as excited as we are!

You’ll still be able to play the demo to your heart’s content, and any demo saves will transfer over to the main game when that comes out next week. Firstly, we want to say Happy Holidays to all of you! It’s been a busy year here for all of us at Abyte and we imagine you, like us, can’t wait to take a break and to enjoy the holidays!

Hello merchants!

We know there’s a lot of excitement for the latest title in the Dealer’s Life series which is why we’re so excited to release a new demo from today for you to get stuck into and start your journey as the greatest merchant these lands have ever seen!

With release on 15 January 2025, we’re keen for you to be able to try the game before you buy, and get to grips with some of the changes we’ve made to the series. Don’t worry, you’ll be able to carry across your save from the demo to the full game, so any time you spend bartering and haggling over the next few weeks won’t go to waste.

[h3]Opening towns[/h3]
You’ll be able to explore 3 towns and villages as part of the Wandering Merchant Quest and trade, barter and hire companions to your heart’s content! This should give you a taste of the larger world you’ll get to explore.

[h3]Game Seeds[/h3]
We’re very excited for Dealer’s Life Legend to bring seeding to the game. Every game you play comes with its own unique seed. You’ll be able to share this seed with your friends and play the exact same game or if you’d like to try a more challenging seed, beginning to truly test yourself. The world, cities, items, customers, quests, and events will all match the given seed—allowing you to compete under identical conditions. The only thing that will set you apart is your strategy, decision-making, and deal-making skills.



[h3]Quests & Companions[/h3]
The opening locations will feature a variety of companions who you can add to your party, or send out to complete quests for you. We’re really looking forward to hearing more about how you use this feature and we hope it adds to the player experience for Dealer’s Life Legend!

[h3]Potions[/h3]
As part of the fantasy world of Dealer’s Life Legend, potions allow you to improve key skills and add an extra level of skill to the game that we think will really add to your trading experience. Let us know in Discord which potions you’re enjoying the most and/or struggling with as we continue to fine-tune balancing into Early Access!
