We've just released Songs of Silence's Update 1.5! 🥳

It comes with MANY improvements for single- and multiplayer Skirmish.

New matchmaking lobby, map selector, faction tutorials, and more... ✨

Skirmish Features

• 🗺️ Map Selector - Choose the exact map you wish to play on
  
• 🤝 Matchmaking Lobby - Visualize and join open match rooms
  
• 👀 Spectator Mode - Continue watching your friends play if you were defeated
  
• 🥲 Surrender - You can now surrender against your opponents in multiplayer
  

Faction Tutorials

• 🤓 Get Good - Learn how to play the different factions and hero classes
  
• 🔥 Includes the Lighteaters for DLC owners
  

Bugs Fixed

• 😈 Neutral army actions counted in player stats
  
• 🖼️ Swapped hero portraits in Skirmish
  
• 🎮 Gamepad fixes
  
• 💬 Minor text & translation errors

Choose the exact map you wish to play Skirmish, for both the light and dark side! ☀️🌑

We took into account community feedback, and kept location and army distribution randomized.


[h3]🤝 Matchmaking Lobby 🤝[/h3]

You can now visualize all open multiplayer matches, and choose the one that fits your preference!


[h3]🤓 Faction Tutorials 🤓[/h3]

Having trouble understanding how a faction works? How to play a certain hero class?

Then these new dynamic tutorials are made for you! 😎

Head to the Skirmish menu to access them.


[h3]👀 Multiplayer Spectator Mode 👀[/h3]

Players who have been defeated in a multiplayer match may now choose to stay in-game and spectate the rest of the match.


[h3]🛠️ Technical Improvements 🛠️[/h3]

We've made subtle improvements to the army grids, to how tutorials are displayed, and to many more features. Maybe you'll notice some of them...

... and good old bug fixing!
