Should prevent the first provincial army scene from playing after finishing the civil war questline with the peace faction.

Removed the annoying white flash when a combat encounter begins.
Fixed the shapeshifting aether weapon so that it shouldn't copy itself anymore.
Fixed situations that cause the Witch Hunt and Brawler achievements to not trigger.
Fixed the speed boost from the cutscene where the princess takes you to meet the emperor.
Added a simple explanation about MP and TP to the combat tutorial.
Fixed a variety of spelling and grammar mistakes.
Reformatted and/or rewrote some dialog to look more pleasing.

Fixed minor bugs and spelling mistakes.

Tweaked enemy resistance and vulnerability numbers to make them have a more visible effect on gameplay.

The achievements should now work properly.
