🛠️ Patch Notes - Hotfix v1.210

🔨 Bug Fixes:
  • The upgrade price of the blizzard tower at level 3 has been fixed.
  • A rare bug, which made in-game interface elements slightly blurred, has been fixed.

🔧 Optimization:
  • Performance optimization when navigating the bestiary and tips menus.

Polish:
  • Bestiary now displays monsters in 3D.
  • Exclamation marks highlighting new features appear more pertinently.
  • Slight graphical fix to Cloud 2 and Cloud 3 levels.
  • Slight graphic improvement to the fog effect.
  • Tip texts about the ice tower has been fixed.

Thanks to your many feedbacks, we were able to identify and resolve several frustrating aspects of the game, particularly regarding balancing and the lack of explanations for certain mechanics. Your constructive criticism has greatly helped us make improvements and make Artisan TD more accessible and enjoyable.
A big thank you for your support!

We have added tips to better explain strategies and adjusted difficulty levels. We are also offering 3 new boards and a new power, Quick Shot, which allows a tower to instantly fire and reset its targeting, usable multiple times per wave. At the same time, we optimized several technical aspects: full controller support, improved zoom, DLSS/FSR support, and rebalancing of towers and waves on certain maps.

We look forward to your feedback and will continue to improve the game.

  • Quick Shot: In-game power that recharges with each wave.
  • Tips screen filled with useful advice.

  • 3 new Steam achievements.

📐 Balancing:
  • The resale rate in “Veteran” difficulty has been increased from 50% to 75%.
  • Wave balancing fixes (maps 9 & 11).
  • Flamethrower: Burns stronger for a shorter duration for better efficiency.
  • Ray: Increased damage and range.
  • Darts: Increased frequency.
  • Arbalist: Slight increase in fire rate.
  • Arbalist Elite: Slight range increase.
  • Catapult: Slight splash damage increase.
  • Tower rotation reset between each wave.

🔨 Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed a crash bug after the defeat popup.
  • Controller: Fixed navigation through holes.
  • Controller: Monster arrival vibration no longer triggers when using the mouse.
  • Controller: Information displayed when changing difficulty.
  • Controller: Adjusted ergonomics and feel.
  • UI: Button logic fixed.

Polish:

  • Improved camera control when zoom is active.
  • Improved rebind options menus.
  • Monster health bars hidden when the game is paused.
  • Graphical improvements on board 12.
  • Environment touch-ups for zooming.

Whether on our discord, in discussions, or even on Steam reviews, your support has been incredible, and our little team is immensely proud to have transported you across this archipelago, even if some of you haven't finished exploring!

We wanted to share a little news with you today to tell you what's next for our game. Over the last 15 days we've been fixing a lot of bugs, making a few adjustments, communicating about the game, and it's been great to see your live feedback.

[h3]Now we can tell you a little bit about what's next for us.[/h3]
The team will start working on a free content patch due for release late September / early October in which we'll be bringing content to the game. Whether it's maps, quality of life (QoL) tools, and other little things that will continue to improve the experience for all players.
