I’ll be going over the deets to the February playtest, which is happening this weekend, as well as going over all the new stuff you’ll get to play with. I swear we weren’t on vacation the *whole* time the servers were down!

Alright, we shared our plans for adding the Roguelike moniker to BAPBAP around a month ago, so I guess we should talk a bit more about it, eh? I’ll try and share as much detail as I can without getting fired 👀.

Also no, I’m not going into the roguelike vs roguelite argument. Just read it as roguelite if it bothers you 👿.

• Roguelike passes the vibe check
  
• We have systems (like rare equipment) that we’ll flesh out more
  
• Map modifiers will give you reasons to pick different spawn spots
  
• Augments will completely change how your character plays each run.
