Know Your Tools! Vol. 4

Hello!

This time we’re continuing with MORE CLEANING TOOLS! What, did you think a sponge is enough to wipe all the grime off? Of course not!

Time to grab the BROOM.

Old places are full of dust and dirt – and their natural enemy is the broom! You start with one that is probably as old as the facilities you’re cleaning but no worries, you’ll earn enough to buy a new one in no time.

And when you get to the pro level of sweeping power you will get something even better: a proper vacuum cleaner.

Broom in hand, Renovators!

Don’t forget to add Sports: Renovations to your wishlist.

Know Your Tools! Vol. 3

Hi there, Renovators!

Before you make a place look all pretty, you gotta clean up the mess first. Ready to make it shine again?

Let’s look at the CLEANING TOOLS!

It’s all rather easy, really. If you see stains or grime marring a surface, you need something to wash it off. You start up with a simple sponge and build your way up to a pressure washer with time and money.

The job might look easy but it will take time and dedication to prepare everything for a fresh coat of paint. But oh, how satisfying it is to see all the dirt come off!

Time to get cleaning!

Know Your Tools! Vol. 2

Hello, Renovators!

Today we return with another set of tools for you to check out. And as the last tool was used to destroy, this one will serve to fix… Kinda.

It’s the PAINTING TOOLS!

When you have already demolished the broken stuff and cleaned the surfaces (more on that later!) it’s high time to give the place a fresh coat of paint. Literally! Grab your trusted paintbrush, pick a color that suits the atmosphere and start painting.

And you know what’s the best bit? The brush is just the beginning! When you’ve painted enough walls (and earned enough money for doing it too) you’ll be able to upgrade your painting experience with better painting tools, like the roller. That would make the job much easier, no?

So, Renovators, which colors are you choosing first?

Know Your Tools!

Six tools to clean and mend,
Six to craft and build.
Six tools to paint, ascend,
And destroy stuff with skill.

Hello there, Renovators!

Welcome to the first of our tool overview posts, where we’ll guide you through the arsenal at your disposal. In total, Sports: Renovations features 6 tools, 4 of which are upgradeable.

It’s Halloween, so to keep with the theme of everyone’s favorite holiday, let’s start with the most horror-ific tool of them all…

THE HAMMER!

Since you’re going to explore a lot of rather neglected places, you’ll come upon stuff that’s beyond renovating. Rusty old lockers, moldy wooden furniture - this kind of stuff. Disposing of them in their complete, albeit ruined form wouldn’t be very effective. Thus, what you need to do is SEEK AND DESTROY.

Grab your trusty hammer and start smashing stuff to bits! Bigger objects require more force, so when you make enough money, you’ll be able to upgrade to a bigger, badder hammer. But we’ll talk about upgrades another time.

Meanwhile, enjoy your Halloween!
