Lesson Learned: Cult of the Elizabeth News

It's me, Amelia! We've already spent some time together in our free prologue, but now you're in for something really extra. The full version of Lesson Learned is coming and will be available on 29 May 2024 on Steam and Xbox.

The main character this time will be my best friend Frank. He will be your guide through the bizarre world of dreams. He is not some super student, but sitting through lessons was always more fun with him. I'm sure you also happened to draw something on the Greek sculptures in the textbooks as we did!

In Lesson Learned, a journey through various historical eras awaits you. You will defeat many different opponents and acquire new types of defense towers in the process. Find all our classmates and get ready to defend your base!

[h3]Solo or in co-op[/h3]
Tower defense games, are at their best in co-op mode. In Lesson Learned, you can complete the campaign mode in split screen. Grab your friends and complete this group project together.

If you want to practice before the release of the full version of the game, try the free prologue Lesson Learned: Cult of the Elizabeth, which is now available. In it, you'll spend more time with me! Together we will prepare to defeat the bloody Countess Elizabeth Bathory.

It’s me, Amelia! I wanted to share some super exciting news. Our free prologue Lesson Learned: Cult of the Elizabeth will be available on May 6, 2024, on Steam and Xbox.



You will be able to join me and my classmates on a journey across the bizarre daydream world, where together we can prepare for the battle against Elizabeth Bathory. You will have a lot to learn in the prologue, almost like me for the next history exam. Maybe meeting the bloodthirsty Countess will help me get a better grade.

The free prologue is a great introduction to the full version of the game that will be available soon. Master types of towers, learn how to give orders and think of the best strategy to counter waves of enemies - troops of Elizabeth Bathory. Use the best types of weapons for different enemies and defend our base. Let’s escape from this crazy history world together!

Lesson Learned: Cult of the Elizabeth may be played alone or in cooperative mode on a split screen. Gather other players and try to finish the campaign mode together. I always loved group projects, so I’m sure you’re going to have a lot of fun.

I never liked history lessons. Frank was always scribbling in his notebook, Mickey was playing demo Lesson Learned, others were throwing paper balls at each other and I was falling asleep on the bench. Recently, however, we were discussing my favorite era, the Renaissance, and one character stood out in particular. The great (literally) Countess Elizabeth Bathory - ah, what a character she was... Take notes, because what I tell you today will certainly come in handy on our sleepy trip.


[h2]The era of creativity[/h2]
But before I introduce you to this legendary figure of the Countess, a few words about the era itself. The Renaissance was an age of great inventions and famous names like Leonardo Da Vinci - no, he's not the actor who starred in Titanic. I've heard Frank talk about this era before, and if you haven't had a chance to listen, you can check out his old notes.

[h2]The Bloody Countess[/h2]
Don't get me wrong. Many school textbooks portray her as a woman of incredible beauty, but after meeting her for the first time, I can say she resembles a wet chicken at best.

A Hungarian aristocrat, Elizabeth Bathory was not nicknamed the Bloody Countess for nothing. She is said to have taken rejuvenating baths in the blood of young girls. Sometimes I get the impression that our friend Barbara uses them too... I shudder at the thought.


Prepare well for the defense of our base, for the Countess has her faithful servants who will rush to the attack at the mere nod of her great scepter. Invite your friends to join you, and we will certainly have a better chance in this duel.
