■ What is the Official Web Shop?
- The Web Shop is an online store where you can easily make purchases anytime, anywhere.
The shop is available on all platforms such as PC, mobile, and Steam.
* Log in with a linked game account to make purchases.
* Purchases may be unavailable during updates, patch maintenance, or special events.
■ How to access the Official Web Shop
- Click the [Official Web Shop] link on the left side menu of Official Forum.

* The Web Shop may not be displayed normally on certain browsers, so we recommend using either Google Chrome or Safari to access the shop.
■ Settings required to use the Web Shop on iOS
- To use the Web Shop on an iOS device, make sure to change the settings as follows:
[Settings → Safari → General → Disable ‘Block Pop-ups’]
■ Important Notes
* You can use the Web Shop after logging in with an account linked to .
* Product prices will only be available once you log in, and will be displayed in the currency of the country you first created your game account in.
* Purchased products will be sent to the in-game mailbox of the linked account you used in the shop.
* The King Points actually credited after a purchase may differ from the ‘to be earned’ estimation displayed based on the final payment amount.
* You’ll receive 10% of your purchase as King Points in your account 14 days after the date of the purchase.
* King Points will expire after 30 days from the date you received them.
* The crediting rates, limits, usage, and expiration criteria for King Points may be subject to change depending on circumstances.
■ How to earn King Points
1. Go to Web Shop.
2. Select your desired item and proceed to the payment screen.
3. 10% of the final purchase will be credited as King Points after 14 days from the date of the purchase
* Applicable rates may be subject to change.
* Items already available in the game may not be available through the Web Shop.
■ How to use King Points
- King Points can be used in the Web Shop just like cash, applying proportional discounts to your purchase.
- More detailed information on King Points can be found in [Profile > Points > Check Point History] at the top right corner of the Web Shop page.
* A minimum of 10 King Points is required to make purchases.
* When using a combination of King Points and another payment method, a minimum cash payment requirement may be applied depending on the currency.
⚠ Payments made with King Points will not earn you additional points.
Ex. 1) Full payment with King Points → No points earned
Ex. 2) Payment with a combination of King Points and another payment method → Only the amount paid with another payment method will earn you points.
■ Important Notes on King Points
⚠ King Points can only be earned or used when making payments through Web Shop or the Netmarble Launcher(PC).
* King Points can be earned and used on each account individually, and there are no limits to the amount of points you can earn.
* It is not possible to transfer or refund points to another account.
* Points will be distributed 14 days after the date of the purchase, with potential delays of up to 1 hour.
⚠ The base rate for crediting King Points is ‘10% of the purchase amount’.
* King Points will not be credited to your account if you cancel your purchase before the point distribution date.
* King Points will not be credited to your account if you purchase products using King Points or buy items that are not eligible for credits.
* When using a combination of King Points and another payment method, a minimum cash payment may be required depending on the currency.
⚠ King Points can be used at a 1:1 ratio with the local currency.
* A minimum of 10 King Points is required to make purchases.
* If you make a payment with a combination of King Points and another payment method, only the amount paid with another payment method will earn you points.
⚠ King Points will expire after 30 days from the date you received them.
* Expired King Points are deleted automatically and cannot be recovered.
* If you withdraw from or delete your account, every King Points you’ve earned will expire and cannot be recovered.
* Starting 30 days after being earned, King Points will expire every hour at the 30-minute mark.
* The crediting and expiration of King Points are processed on an hourly basis. Credit occurs every hour at the exact hour mark from the time of payment, while expiration occurs at the 30-minute mark of each hour from the time of payment.
⚠ Points with the closest expiration date will be used first when making a payment with King Points.
⚠ The crediting rate, limit, usage, and expiration criteria of King Points may be subject to change depending on circumstances.
