We would like to announce additional measures and
compensation details regarding the Weekly Tournament issues that occurred this past Saturday.

NA/SA/EU Servers

Due to the Team Battle Royale Weekly Tournament being canceled on Saturday,
players on the NA/SA/EU servers will receive the following compensation.

Eligibility: All users who met the participation requirement (200 ranking points) by the start of the tournament on Saturday, July 6th.

Compensation: 75 Weekly Tournament Coins


Asia Server

There was a problem with the ranking and score calculations during the Team Battle Royale Weekly Tournament held on Saturday.

The dev team has re-calculated the rankings accurately and will provide compensation as follows:

- Top 100 before re-calculation: 150 Weekly Tournament Coins
- Top 100 after re-calculation: 150 Weekly Tournament Coins
- Compensation for all participating users: 75 Weekly Tournament Coins

* Players affected by the data error are included in the compensation recipients.
* The compensation will not be given multiple times.

The re-calculated top 10 rankings are as follows.

The Weekly Tournament for this week (July 13th - July 14th) will not be held.

This decision is to allow the dev team to resolve the issues with the Team Battle Royale Weekly Tournament and to monitor and analyze the impact of the upcoming 25% stamina regeneration increase patch on game balance.

Detailed information about the re-opening of the Weekly Tournament will be provided in a separate notice. The aforementioned compensation will be distributed with this week's patch.


The Battle Crush team would like to offer our sincerest apologies again for the inconvenience caused by the canceled tournament. We’ll make sure that the tournament will return without problems once the problems are resolved.

We've confirmed issues with the Weekly Tournament Team Battle Royale on the Asia server, with delays in matchmaking as well as rank points periodically not being tallied up correctly.

⚠️ After some internal discussions we've decided to cancel the upcoming "Weekly Tournament: Team Battle Royale" on the EU and NA servers due to the errors severely affecting the running of the tournament.

The aforementioned game mode will temporarily be unavailable within the game. Moreover, the incorrect rankings on the Asia server will be retracted and the Asia server points will be recalculated at a later date.
We'll also make additional announcements once compensation is ready for the cancelled tournament.

Please note that the "Weekly Tournament: DUEL" mode will run as normal so feel free to check it out.🙏

We're sincerely sorry for the inconvenience regarding the cancelled weekly tournament.

- Inability to acquire items or interact upon game entry. *Fixed July 11th(THU)
- If all team members are dead and the menu is open, exiting through the ESC button is unresponsive. *Fixed in 1.1
- Disappearance of the ‘Inventory Box UI’ on mobile devices.
: Temporary Fix - Go to Settings → “HUD Edit” → “Reset”

- Occasional issue where jumping isn't possible even with sufficient stamina *Fixed in 1.1

- There is an issue where certain locations are not recognized when enlarging HUD icons on mobile devices.

- Points displayed incorrectly on the Rank page. *Fixed in 1.1
> Please note that this is only a display error and your points are still logged correctly in the system (does not affect rewards).

- There is an issue where selecting "Leave" after all team members have died shows rank and kill scores as 0. *Fixed in 1.1
> This issue will be fixed in the near future, so in the mean time, please select "Leave" after K.O is displayed.

- There is an issue where the Calixer rank required score looks different on the game result screen and the Calixer list.

- There is an issue where 'King Arthur' and 'Dandi' recover stamina when taking damage.

- There is an issue where Mythic items appear in locations where they cannot be collected from time to time. *Fixed in 1.1
