There are four primary types of tools designed for specific tasks. These tools come in three quality levels – low, medium, and high – offering flexibility and performance. The tool categories are:

Shovel, for picking up stones and driftwood.

Gloves, ideal for delicately handling aquatic plants.

Fishing Net, a valuable tool for capturing elusive fish.

Item Locator, a helpful tool to detect the location of the hardscapes you're looking for.

As you embark on your aquascaping journey, you'll receive basic versions of these tools at no cost. While these initial tools provide essential functions, they're best suited for simple tasks. These tools are stored in the greenhouse toolbox and should be equipped before venturing outdoors.

Should you desire more efficient tools, you have the option to upgrade or purchase them at a certain price. With each upgrade level, your tools become more effective and faster in finding and retrieving items, enabling you to tackle more challenging missions.



To acquire new tools, you can make purchases using a PC in the home base. Simply access the Upgrades menu, select the desired tools, and make the purchase. All purchased tools will be automatically sent to the greenhouse toolbox.





The toolbox serves as a storage space for all the tools you own. You can access the toolbox at any time to equip the tool you need. Once equipped, the tool will remain attached, saving you the trouble of repeatedly opening the toolbox during your outdoor explorations.
