Seeker: Quest is finally going live on Steam Early Access on December 12th, 2024! 🎉



After a lot of hard work, it’s time for you to get your hands on this monster-collecting RPG adventure. I’m incredibly excited to bring you all into the world of Naturia where Seekers roam and battles are fierce. This early access version will allow us to shape the game together, and your feedback will be invaluable.

But, let’s be clear: the game isn’t finished yet. There’s much more to come, and I want you to be part of this journey with me! Expect new Seekers, islands, levels, and plenty of features to be added in future updates.

I've just rolled out a new patch which adds some "quality of life" -things for the demo, but also some balancing for character speeds, damages and more. There is also a new version for the targeting system in place now! I've decided to change it a little, to be more clear who you are currently targeting at.

I also noticed one bug just before going live with the patch, but decided to fix it a little later: Some of the keybinds show controller binds in the UI, even though there is no controller plugged. In most of the cases, the keyboard control is "Q" rather than "B", what the UI suggests.

PLEASE NOTE: This is the LAST PATCH I'll do before closing down the demo. I'll keep the demo available for download for a couple of weeks now and then close it for good. Hope to see you trying the game!

I'm delighted to announce that the first version of controller support is now available! While there's still some work to define proper "keybinds" in the user interface, everything (should) be functional!

Hey Adventurers!

After some testing, I've decided to deliver an hotfix for the update. Find changes below.

HOTFIX:
- ALL PROGRESS IS RESET
- Fixed some dialogue texts
- Balanced Dart Rush damage
- Dart Rush now deal damage to self as well
- Balanced Boomin Explosion damage
- Fixed Norzu shooting bullets in weird directions
- Increased enemy damage slightly
- Added walls to Boss room so that the player can not get out after starting the boss fight

It's time for another MAJOR UPDATE! The patch contains numerous changes, fixes, additions, and even new features. Check out the patch notes below:

• Hero selection: You can now choose a hero from three exiled Jesterians: Draven, Azrael, and Nama'Ghal.
  
• Each hero features three different 'Hero Cards' that can be used during levels.
  
• Several new Seekers to battle against and capture, each with their unique abilities.
  
• Bullet system: Each Seeker has a set amount of bullets that regenerate over time (depending on the cooldown stat of that Seeker).
  
• A story trailer has been added at the beginning of the game (Can be skipped with ESC).
  
• Modified all Seeker stats.
  

KNOWN BUGS (Fixes coming soon)

• If two or more Seekers gain a level up at the same time, the game may "freeze." If this occurs, the game needs to be restarted.
  
• The Boulder trap behaves strangely at times (gets stuck in places where it shouldn't).
  
• Currently, the player can move in the Village before the dialogues start, which may cause a "strange feeling" for some players (as they get interrupted by the dialogue suddenly).
