Warframe update unlocks Xaku Prime, as beloved relay makes a return

The latest Prime Warframe makes its debut in Digital Extremes' stylish free-to-play co-op game, but there's even more good news for players this week. Alongside the launch of Xaku Prime access comes the return of the much-loved Höllvania social hub. Originally introduced as a teaser for the upcoming Warframe 1999 questline, the fanbase quickly fell in love with this limited-time Relay, and has begged the developer to bring it back. Now, those prayers have been answered.

Warframe 1999 gets a new, tighter launch window as huge update approaches

Warframe 1999 promises to be the free-to-play shooter's biggest update ever, with loads of new features, big reworks, and of course a new world that's dripping with '90s goodness. A new developer livestream has today unveiled plenty more exciting additions and showcased some more gameplay. It's also provided us with a better idea of when it will drop but while Digital Extremes isn't giving an exact date just yet, it has at least narrowed down its release window.
