Warframe crossplay is here at last, with the long-awaited feature for the free Steam game finally arriving courtesy of a new update from Digital Extremes, which unites the PC shooter with Tennos on PS5, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox to make the Origin System bigger and more alive than ever. Uniting the Origin System: Cross Platform Play is live now on all platforms!

The Origin System is united like never before, Tenno!

Now you can play with friends from across the world and across platforms, so there’s never been a better time to start playing Warframe with friends or jump back in!

Players should now notice drastically reduced matchmaking times as the pool of players now draws from PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch Platforms!

Take advantage of Public Matchmaking or invite other Tenno to your Squad to take on Missions, or invite players to your Dojo and show off your hard-earned skills!

There are some restrictions, Tenno. Currently, gifting, trading, and VoIP has been disabled as we continue to develop Cross Platform Play. Notably, this latest update does not include Cross Platform Save, but we will keep you up to date on development in the new year!
