Vauban Heirloom Collection

The latest in our series of community-driven Heirloom Collections is now available, once again signifying the passage of time and the dedication of the Tenno!

Vauban Heirloom gives you the opportunity to boldly honor his tactical prowess with a full suite of exquisite Customizations you won't want to sleep on.

As with previous Heirloom Collections, there are two ways you can add Vauban Heirloom items to your Arsenal: purchase the Vauban Heirloom Collection via the in-game Market for Platinum, or choose to pay in your local currency (and receive an additional 425 Platinum to spend as you please).

First revealed in 2025, Vauban Heirloom's concept art was originally created by community artist Lua_Luminary before being brought to life by Digital Extremes.

Alongside this Heirloom release, the trapper Warframe will also receive a light "retouch" to his Abilities to consolidate and simplify his crowd-controlling theme. We'll have more details to share with you soon!

Please note that upon the launch of Vauban Heirloom, the Valkyr Heirloom Collection will become purchasable via the in-game Market for Platinum only.

Warframe's microtransactions are getting an overhaul, and it's a better deal for everybody

Microtransactions are, in many ways, a necessary evil. While developers of free online multiplayer games rely on them to keep the lights on, a lot of players simply wish that they weren't there at all. While supporting a videogame is entirely your choice, the level of predatory MTXs feels like it's consistently ramping up, becoming more invasive, more aggressive, and, most importantly, more expensive. Warframe, like any other game, has a premium currency (called Platinum) that you can either splash the cash on, or collect as you play. The latter part, in my opinion, makes it a lot more friendly than other videogame economies. However, that doesn't mean there isn't room for improvement, and that's exactly what Digital Extremes is delivering.
