We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued interest in the game, despite the relatively short time since its release. Since day one, we have been committed to improving the game and adding new content through updates. With this update, in addition to bug fixes, we are introducing new content and adding Season 2 to the game. We hope you have enjoyed the first season thoroughly because, according to the newspapers, things are getting a bit chaotic in Kobardde in Season 2, and matters are taking a turn for the worse.

• With the Season 2 update, many new types of evidence have been added to the game!
  
  We added new types of evidence to make the cases more enjoyable. We also made some changes to the appearances of existing evidence.
  
  
  
  
• New crime scenes!
  
  With the new season, we've also added many new crime scene scenes to the game. These scenes may contain various clues for the decisions you'll make in the cases. We believe you should pay attention to them.

- Some of the evidence duplication issues have been fixed.
- The text problem in the prosecutor's viewpoint has been corrected.
- Errors occurring during the pre-trial hearing have been resolved.
- The issue of the phone ringing multiple times by mistake has been fixed.
- Adjustments have been made to the control list in the courtroom scene.
- Work has been done to improve performance.

Note: This update can work with your old save file. However, we recommend starting a new game for a better gaming experience.

• We're putting an end to the confusion in the courtroom!
  
  Especially for our players who may not have the opportunity to play the game in their native language and are not very familiar with the legal system, the roles of the characters in the courtroom could be confusing. To address this, we have added an animation that now identifies the person you want to speak to.
  
  
  
  
• You can use social media more actively!
  
  Some of our players want to immerse themselves more in their roles. One of the suggestions we received in this regard was to be more active on social media within the game. For this purpose, we have added the option to respond to posts. We would also like to mention that this is not our only plan for social media, and we will be adding more features in future updates.

- The post-trial activity screen interface has been redesigned.
- The issue where selecting the 'no penalty' card on the card selection screen resulted in this condition being applicable in other trials has been fixed.
- An error in the criminal record animation has been corrected.
- The date issue in the police report in crime scenes has been resolved.
- New content has been added to the social media in Season 1.
- Language issues have been fixed.
- The issue of not fitting on the screen in long legal texts has been fixed.

We are continuing to improve the game based on the feedback we have received from you. At the end of this update, we will also be sharing some of our future plans with you. First and foremost, we would like to discuss a few important fixes with you.

• We have reorganized the crime scenes from scratch!
  
  We received feedback that some of our players were experiencing confusion in crime scenes. Additionally, we decided that the gameplay was not up to par. As a result, from now on, evidence will be presented to you clearly in crime scenes, and you will have access to a detailed crime scene report for each piece of evidence.
  
  
  
  
• When you make a wrong decision, don't forget to check why you received a penalty!
  
  In the previous update, we had added a file to the office that allows you to find out the reason for receiving a penalty when you make a wrong decision in cases. However, we noticed that some of our users were not aware of this and missed clicking on the file. Therefore, we have added an animation to remind you that you need to click on the file to learn the reason for receiving a penalty the day after it occurs.
  
  
  
  
• The criminal records of individuals involved in the case can be important!
  
  Since the game's release, it has been possible to access the characters' criminal records, but our players may have been overlooking this. Therefore, we have added an animation that indicates you can access the criminal record by clicking on the identities of individuals with criminal records. We believe this makes it more prominent now.

- Improved the appearance of security camera footages.
- Improvements made to the readability of Kobardde Journal newspaper.
- Fixed incorrect newspaper headlines.

- Corrected the text speed preview issue in the menu.

- Animations of police characters in crime scenes have been improved.
- Reduced the volume of rain sound in the office (again).
- Fixed the issue where the "You must wait 0 more days." message would continuously appear in the meeting interface.
- Visual improvements made in the phone interface.
- Now, on the office computer, if you don't want to enter a password every time, you will have an option for it when starting a new game.
- Improvements made to the game display on Discord.
- Music has been added to the crime scenes.

Along with the fantastic feedback we've received from you, we've added some new content and made various bug fixes. First and foremost, we would like to discuss a few important corrections with you.

• Now, when you make a wrong decision, you will be able to easily understand the reason for it!
  
  When you make a wrong decision, all you need to do is open the folder in your office. The Supreme Court Board will have sent you a notification regarding your incorrect decision.
  
  
  
  
• Does the attitude of the people in the courtroom matter to you?
  
  Our ultimate goal is to leave the freedom of what kind of judge you will be entirely up to you. That's why we want to enhance your control over individuals. In your future cases, you may want to take a look at the small notepad on your desk.
  
  
  
  
• Is your phone ringing??
  
  Kobardde has a somewhat murky past. There may be those who occasionally want to disturb you. Perhaps they will want you to change your decision in a case. Frankly, we can't listen to your phone conversations, but we are very curious. :)
  
  
  
  
• Determining the amount of the penalty on the decision-making screen is no longer a problem!
  
  Yes, while there wasn't an issue when imposing a prison sentence, entering the amount for a fine could sometimes result in very large figures with a small increment. We now have a solution for this. You will be able to enter the value you want yourself.
  
  
  
  
• We are putting an end to the debates about the card selection screen!
  
  Some of our players really love this feature, while others don't like it at all. To please both sides, we have added a new setting. With this new option, players who wish can disable this feature and get rid of the card selection screen. (I quite liked it.) :)
  
  
  
  
• It seems that press freedom is improving in Kobardde!
  
  Two new newspapers, Kobardde Journal and Kobardde Post, have recently started publication. I guess they will inform readers through their op-ed columns. I'm curious about the attitudes of these columnists, to be honest.
  
  
  
  
• We made adjustments textually in Season 1 cases!
  
  We are aware that some witnesses in the courtrooms were constructing rather artificial sentences, and we know that this was negatively affecting the gameplay experience for our valued players. Firstly, we apologize for this situation. We have reviewed all the cases in the first season and eliminated such occurrences!
  
  
• Your new assistant seems to have grasped the job a bit now!
  
  We all go through an adjustment period when starting a new job. Your assistant, Robin, has gone through this process as well. Now, to prove that they have overcome this phase, she will discuss the impact of your previous case's decision on the press, public, and institutions every day. We believe she is conducting valuable research, and we recommend you take it into consideration.
  
  
• Is that all?
  
  We have also made numerous bug fixes and balance adjustments in relationships. You can view other fixes and new content additions in the list below.
  

- Language issues on loading screens have been fixed
- Text corruption issues in dialogues with the police in crime scenes have been resolved.
- Rain sound in the office scene has been reduced.
- Character controls have been adjusted.
- Adjustments have been made to newspapers, the constitution book, and panels containing information about the country.
- Translation errors on the meeting page have been corrected.
- Tutorial translation errors have been fixed.
- The home scene has been removed. (It will return in the future with new content.)
- Penalty durations have been added to the constitution texts.
- Season 2 update date has been changed. (We are continuing to improve the game based on the feedback we receive from you. Therefore, we had to postpone the Season 2 date for a while. Stay tuned for a much more comprehensive and content-rich Season 2.)

Note: This update may work with your old save file. However, starting a new game is still recommended for a better experience.
