  • [p]fixed an issue with "carry heavy injured" task looping forever for a single crew member[/p]
  • [p]fixed an issue with bed/sickbed being sometimes unavailable for sleep/recovery tasks[/p]

FIRST AID – Major Update 2 out now – Time to heal your heroes!

[p]Our second major update has landed! Experience a livelier world with female ground crew, a full health system for NPCs with injury, aid and recovery behaviors, and new props that let you build hospitals on your base.[/p][p][/p][h2]New Features:[/h2]
  • [p]Health & Injury for crew members[/p]
    • [p]All crew members now have health and a health bar[/p]
    • [p]Health can be improved by training endurance (air crew only for now)[/p]
    • [p]Crew members can become injured and heavily injured[/p]
      • [p]Injured crew members are limited in their possible tasks.[/p]
      • [p]Heavily injured crew members are unable to act and slowly bleed out.[/p]
  • [p]Health Recovery & Aid through doctors and nurses[/p]
    • [p]Crew members naturally recover HP while sleeping in beds[/p]
    • [p]Injured crew members can rest in sickbeds to recover faster[/p]
    • [p]Nurses and doctors can aid crew in sickbeds to recover faster[/p]
      • [p]This aid task is sped up by simple and strong medicine[/p]
      • [p]Medical personnel can also stabilize heavily injured crew members[/p]
  • [p]Several Health Recovery Objects to build a recovery station[/p]
    • [p]Sickbed - Faster recovery while resting[/p]
    • [p]Medicine Cabinet - Increases effectiveness of aid with a boost to patients energy[/p]
    • [p]Night table - Improves patients confidence while recovering[/p]
    • [p]Blood Pack Rack - Reduced energy loss while recovering[/p]
    • [p]Divider Curtains - Give patients more privacy[/p]
    • [p]Handwash Bowl - Increased confidence in treatment[/p]
    • [p]Plus some decorative items who might get later uses.[/p]
  • [p]Female crew members from the W.A.A.F[/p]
    • [p]New female models and uniforms from the Women's Auxiliary Air Force[/p]

  • [p]Destruction of resource piles now produces rubble, not trash[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where destroyed ammo piles created thousands of trash[/p]
  • [p]Fixed several instances of overflowing text in localisations[/p]
  • [p]Fixed several problems with the damage shader on certain UVs[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue of planned flags being invisible from one side[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue of collapse animations replaying on load for collapsed people[/p]
  • [p]Improved the mouseover collision for wall objects[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a fatal issue when tooltiping over dead characters[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue of characters eyes not closing anymore during sleep[/p]

  • [p]We are currently working on an improved damage system for bombs and roofs which should feel better.[/p]
  • [p]We are creating more events that can happen around injuries so stay tuned for those.[/p]
  • [p]We are implementing a limit on how much ammo you will get shipped from HQ to your base if you don't need it.[/p]
  • [p]We are looking into a possibility to show characters HP also in the crew management screen[/p]
[h3]Please note that due to the new systems that are getting added with this Major Update, older saves may not work as intended. We recommend starting a new game to make sure you don't get any unexpected issues.[/h3][h3][/h3][p][/p]
