Rise of gun V4.0.0

Hello everyone!

The time has come for a big update. A lot of time has passed, and thank you to everyone who waited. Especially to everyone who helped me test the test branch in Discord, I am very grateful to you; you sped up this update. This is the penultimate big update, so there are a lot of changes. I will be glad to hear your feedback.

So, to the update:

New Currency Scrap Metal

A new currency, scrap metal, has been added. With it, you can upgrade all necessary objects, as well as create bullets and parts. Scrap metal can be found on the street and also obtained by cleaning up large debris. If you build a trash can, you can get scrap metal from small debris. A recycler has also been added, which allows you to recycle parts into scrap metal.


Workers

Three types of workers have been added to the game:
- Cashier — will help you sell weapons.
- Cleaner — will help you clean up small debris in the shop.
- Guard — will prevent thieves from stealing weapons.

Lockers for workers have also been added. After building them, you will be able to hire workers. If you click on the locker, a workers menu will open.


Creating Parts

A workbench for creating parts has been added to the game. With it, you can create your own parts using scrap metal. For it to work, you need to build a solar panel. During rain, part creation will be impossible, but if you build a canopy, you can create parts even in the rain. You can also find hidden blueprints on the map, or buy them from the night vendor. Blueprints unlock access to new parts.



New Parts

31 new parts have been added to the game:
- Basic parts — 5 new parts
- Stock — 3 new parts
- Magazine — 3 new parts
- Grip — 3 new parts
- Barrel — 4 new parts
- Sight — 2 new parts
- Muzzle attachments — 4 new parts
- Attachments — 8 new parts



City Expansion

New locations have appeared in the game, such as a casino and main gates. Animations have also been added for the soldiers guarding the walls, and a ladder climbing system. There are now more residents in the city, who can sit on benches or chat with each other. A ladder can be built in the backyard to climb onto the shop roof. Residents have new hairstyles, beards, and headwear. The design of the parts vendor's shop has been changed. More secret places have been added.



New Decor

Several new decor elements have been added to the shop, such as clocks, flower pots, etc. The cash register model has been changed. The radio model has also been changed.



New Buildings

New buildings have also been added to help you earn money or make the game easier:
- Food storage — if you build food storage, food boxes you buy will be teleported to the storage.
- Water storage — if you build water storage, water you buy or collect will be teleported to the storage.
- Water collector — during rain, it will collect water, which you can then gather.
- Toilet — after building a toilet, residents will pay to use it, and it will need to be cleaned.



New Shooting Range System

The shooting range has been reworked. Now, after building it, you need to leave weapons and ammunition there. Depending on the weapon's price, residents will pay more for using the range, and the ammunition will determine the number of shots they can take. Ammunition will run out, and weapons can be retrieved at any time. Gates for the range have also been added. After opening them and having weapons and ammunition, residents can shoot. A lamp has been added to the range, which automatically activates at night.



Other Changes

Added:
- Zoom — now on the "C" key, you can zoom the camera.
- New loading screens.
- Weapon shelf markup — the higher the shelf level, the higher the markup.
- Tutorial activation choice at the beginning of the game.
- Cheat activation choice at the beginning of the game.
- Autosave after sleeping.
- Animation at the beginning of the game showing you getting out of bed.
- Weapon price display when hovering over it.
- Exit game confirmation window.
- Mission counter.
- New missions.
- Gunfire sound settings.
- New menu video.
- Notification when you are kicked out of the shop.
- Updated localization.
- New customer system — now they come to the shop faster after opening.

Fixed:
- Bug where you could get stuck in the restaurant.
- Bug where tutorial videos were not shown if the tutorial was disabled.
- Gunfire sounds.
- Bug where it was sometimes difficult to upgrade shelves.
- Bug where AZERTY keyboard buttons were not binding.
- Bug where you could get stuck in the door.
- Bug where the day counter reset after 30 days.
- Bug where residents walked back and forth.
- Light settings — the shop is now brighter at night.
- Part names.

Hi all. This week I did a lot of interesting things, what will be in the next update and what I have already done
There were no devlogs for a long time, because my game city was broken, and 3 months of work was lost, I spent all this time trying to restore what was lost, but I did it, and added a lot of interesting things)) now the update is getting closer and closer, it’s ready already at 65% so I won’t promise but in the middle of next month maybe I’ll release it))

- Toilet (now you can build a toilet, city residents will go there and it will also need to be cleaned)



- Water collector on the roof (now you can build a water collector on the roof that collects water when it rains, can be upgraded to level 3)



- Construction of stairs to the roof of the store.



- Added a new currency "Scrap" (Scrap will be needed for improvements, and crafting cartridges and parts) (You can get scrap from the garbage that residents leave, if you have a trash can, it can also be found on the map, or when cleaning up large garbage, you can also recycle the part)

- Now, before creating a game, you can choose whether to play with a tutorial or with cheats.
