Hello everyone! Here’s Devlog #8, nearly the final release. Thank you for following the project and helping us test the upcoming update. Let’s take a look at the main changes in the test branch and what’s to come in the next update.

[h2]Level and Bonus System[/h2]
-Now, experience is earned by viewing the starting tutorial.
-An effect has been added to the spin button.
-A new bonus card has been added (increased price for weapon repair).
-Experience is now earned for cleaning weapons.
-More than 75% of bonuses now have working functionality, so you can test most of the available bonuses.

[h2]Reworked and Modified Mechanics[/h2]
-The parts recycler now operates differently, giving instant scrap followed by an animation.
[h2]Weapon Maintenance Service[/h2]
-Generation of broken weapons for NPCs has been added.
-The mechanic for part breakage in service weapons has been introduced.
-A dirtiness system for service weapon parts has been added.
-New tools now have sound and visual effects.
-AI has been introduced to bring dirty and broken weapons for repair.
-A client bell has been added so you know when someone arrives at the service.
-A progress interface has been added, showing the cleanliness and breakage level of parts when hovered over.
-Cleaning weapons now gives a reward based on the level of dirtiness and part damage. You’ll also
receive scrap and experience.
-The average cost of weapon maintenance is 50-120 units, and scrap ranges from 25 to 60. This
amount can be increased with bonuses.
-The full weapon service mechanic is now complete.

[h2]New Location[/h2]
-A new area, an expanded zone near the supermarket, has been added. This will be needed for future
updates, and for now, you can collect some starter scrap there.

[h2]Statistics[/h2]
-A record of serviced weapons has been added.
-The statistics for this update are finished and fully ready.
[h2]Additional Mechanics[/h2]
-An indicator of new parts has been added to the warehouse. Now, if you buy or find a part, it will be
marked as new to help with sorting.
-A secret part has been added to the bar.
-Three new music tracks have been added to the main playlist and in-found tapes.
-Tools are now displayed in the foreground and no longer clip into walls or weapons.
-A notification has been added to indicate that a basic part cannot be assembled if you try to tighten it.
-You can now hold the tool activation button and switch between tools – after switching, tools will
remain active without needing to press the button again.

[h2]Bug Fixes and Changes[/h2]
-The bonus description for weapon cleaning has been corrected.
-Three bonuses for vendors have been modified: they now give an extra hour of work instead of 10
minutes.
-Fixed a bug that allowed spins to be replenished below -Some lighting issues have been corrected.
-Fixed level design errors that caused NPCs to walk incorrectly.
