After which his journey began in the world of the zombie apocalypse, where the main character became a key figure in the prosperity of this small town, people want to restore civilization and our hero helps them in every possible way in this

BIG UPDATE V5

Hello everyone! It's time for a big update! You've been waiting for it for a long time, and this update has added a lot of new things, as well as fixed errors. What was in the update:

Level and perk system:

The perk system will give you the opportunity to get new experiences and the results are completely unpredictable, now it will be even more interesting to play, some bonuses will also be cumulative, the player level is not limited, for each level you will be able to receive 1 of 3 unique bonuses

- Added a level system: now you can get experience for actions and level up.
- For each level, you will be given the opportunity to choose 1 of 3 bonus cards.
- Experience is not given if the actions are performed by a worker.

- Fixed a bug where the cursor disappeared in the menu.
- Fixed a bug where workers were not paid after sleeping.
- Fixed bugs with scrap received.
- Fixed some bugs in creative mode.
- Fixed bugs with the tutorial.
- Fixed a bug where the mission with water was not saved.
- Fixed a bug where you could build a workbench if there was a box with food or water there.
- Fixed a bug where weapons would not appear on the workbench after saving.
- Fixed a bug where if you remove a silencer from a weapon, the fire effect would remain on the silencer.

Hello everyone! Here’s Devlog #8, nearly the final release. Thank you for following the project and helping us test the upcoming update. Let’s take a look at the main changes in the test branch and what’s to come in the next update.

New Features


[h2]Level and Bonus System[/h2]
-Now, experience is earned by viewing the starting tutorial.
-An effect has been added to the spin button.
-A new bonus card has been added (increased price for weapon repair).
-Experience is now earned for cleaning weapons.
-More than 75% of bonuses now have working functionality, so you can test most of the available bonuses.




[h2]Reworked and Modified Mechanics[/h2]
-The parts recycler now operates differently, giving instant scrap followed by an animation.


[h2]Weapon Maintenance Service[/h2]
-Generation of broken weapons for NPCs has been added.
-The mechanic for part breakage in service weapons has been introduced.
-A dirtiness system for service weapon parts has been added.
-New tools now have sound and visual effects.
-AI has been introduced to bring dirty and broken weapons for repair.
-A client bell has been added so you know when someone arrives at the service.
-A progress interface has been added, showing the cleanliness and breakage level of parts when hovered over.
-Cleaning weapons now gives a reward based on the level of dirtiness and part damage. You’ll also
receive scrap and experience.
-The average cost of weapon maintenance is 50-120 units, and scrap ranges from 25 to 60. This
amount can be increased with bonuses.
-The full weapon service mechanic is now complete.




[h2]New Location[/h2]
-A new area, an expanded zone near the supermarket, has been added. This will be needed for future
updates, and for now, you can collect some starter scrap there.




[h2]Statistics[/h2]
-A record of serviced weapons has been added.
-The statistics for this update are finished and fully ready.


[h2]Additional Mechanics[/h2]
-An indicator of new parts has been added to the warehouse. Now, if you buy or find a part, it will be
marked as new to help with sorting.
-A secret part has been added to the bar.
-Three new music tracks have been added to the main playlist and in-found tapes.
-Tools are now displayed in the foreground and no longer clip into walls or weapons.
-A notification has been added to indicate that a basic part cannot be assembled if you try to tighten it.
-You can now hold the tool activation button and switch between tools – after switching, tools will
remain active without needing to press the button again.




[h2]Bug Fixes and Changes[/h2]
-The bonus description for weapon cleaning has been corrected.
-Three bonuses for vendors have been modified: they now give an extra hour of work instead of 10
minutes.
-Fixed a bug that allowed spins to be replenished below -Some lighting issues have been corrected.
-Fixed level design errors that caused NPCs to walk incorrectly.

Upcoming Update

Hello everyone! Today I will upload new changes and additions to the test branch, preparing the game for a major update. I'm glad you're still with us and waiting for new updates! Our community is growing, and that only motivates me further. So, what has been changed:

Level System

1. Added sounds for bonus card animations and for the "My Information" menu.
2. Implemented saving of all activated bonuses.

My Home

1. A computer has been added to the house. It can study information and generate experience, which you can later collect and use.



Weapon Maintenance Service

1. Two new tools for cleaning and repairing weapons have been completed. Animations are ready, and functionality is partially implemented.
2. Blinds have been updated: now they can be opened and closed, and an interface notification appears when interacting with them.



Additional Mechanics

1. A coffee machine has been added to Carmelita’s restaurant. It will allow you to enjoy delicious coffee in this grim world and restore your energy, helping you stay more active.
2. Added settings for acceleration and sprint functionality. Now, if you get a bonus card with a sprint ability, you can use it.
3. A notification has been added to inform you when you have unused spins.



Bug Fixes

1. Fixed an issue where entering the tutorial circle would open the wrong menu page.
2. Fixed a bug where, after placing boxes of food or barrels, you could not pick them up again if something was built on their spot.
3. Fixed a bug where weapons weren't attached to the workbench after loading the game if they were previously placed there.
