Today we’re excited to announce the start of a new streaming series from Team17, Worms With Friends!

Worms With Friends is bringing a brand new twist to Team17 streams as we host special games industry guests for an hour of Worms W.M.D goodness.

Viewers will get the opportunity to watch the action unfold, ask their questions and see them answered live and even be in with a chance to play with or against our special guests.

The first Worms With Friends stream kicks off Thursday 1st February with Doug Cockle, who you’ll know as the voice of Geralt of Rivia in The Witcher series!



Join us live this Thursday at 19:00 GMT on the official Worms Facebook page!

This free update gives all players the ability to create, share and use their own designs for both Worm hats and usable buildings via the Steam Workshop. The Hat & Building Editor works alongside the already implemented World Editor.

Not only that but Worms W.M.D is currently 66% off on Steam, so if you fancy checking out the spiritual successor to Worms Armageddon there’s never been a better time.

Forts Mode comes to Worms W.M.D!

This free update brings with it a new, fan favourite game mode that pits you, your Fort (and your allies) against a rival Fort in a tactical game of attack, defence and sweet grenade throws.

Choose one of 6 unique animated Forts, customise it with your preferred tactical upgrade consisting of either:

• Static Gun
  
• Sentry Gun
  
• Magnet
  
• Health Crate
  
• Craft Crate
  

Then finally give your Fort that personal touch with a flag that’s decorated with your Steam profile picture. (This is automatically applied to the Fort)

You’re now ready to take to battlefield and fight to be the Forts Mode Master!

Oh and Forts Mode will now pop up in Ranked Mode, so prepare to add a few new chapters to your big book of Wormy tactics.
