Update - 18 March

Dear players,

A new update is available today, focusing on the offsides, balancing the difficulty & stamina, as well as the addition of photogrammetry likenesses for the Top 14 teams: Lyon, Pau and Bordeaux!

[h3]Improved Referee Calls[/h3]

Offside decision making has been improved, particularly during kick situations. Offside advantage is now given correctly.

[h3]Balanced Difficulty[/h3]

Initial changes to balance difficulty have been made, this will continue to be tuned based on feedback.

[h3]Balanced Stamina[/h3]

Stamina drain will better reflect player skills. Players recover stamina during breaks.

[h3]Updated StoneX Stadium[/h3]

The home ground for Saracens has been updated to reflect the fully licensed StoneX Stadium.

[h3]Updated Player Visuals[/h3]

Lyon, Pau and Bordeaux from Top 14 have had photogrammetry likenesses added. Improved visuals for other players.

[h3]Improved Stability[/h3]

Resolutions to stability issues reported to our support team have been included in this patch.

Update - 11 March

Dear players,

A new update is available today on Steam, with the following changes:

[h3]Added Ruck Hold Ball option[/h3]

Holding the Xbox A or PlayStation X will hold onto the ball in a ruck, protecting it against being stolen by the opposition. Holding the ball for a long time risks being penalised for not releasing.

[h3]Adjusted Evasion Controls[/h3]

The controls for evasion moves on offense have been adjusted. With the right stick, Up is Bump Off, Left and Right are a Sidestep and Down will Fend. These controls are camera relative as per the movement of the left stick.

[h3]Improved Stamina System[/h3]

The stamina system has been better balanced, including how difficulty level impacts the stamina drain rate.

[h3]Increased Custom Competition Clubs[/h3]

Increased the number of teams for custom competitions to 20 and corrected issues with playing finals formats other than a single grand-final.

[h3]Improved Stability[/h3]

Resolutions to stability issues reported to our support team have been included in this patch.

The AI will make improved decisions with regard to penalties, reducing the chance of choosing a scrum.

[h3]Resolved Half Time Substitutions[/h3]

Half time substitutions will correctly take effect at the beginning of the second half.

Patch - 4 March

Dear players,

It's Tuesday, and Tuesday means PATCH!
Below are the changes introduced with this update.

[h3]Improved Passing[/h3]

Better calculation of pass trajectories and responsiveness from AI controlled players to passing.

[h3]Improved Ruck Turnover[/h3]

The chance of causing a turnover at the ruck now increases proportionally with the skill differential between the opposing players, without the need of a pushover.

[h3]Improved AI decision making[/h3]

Changes to AI defensive tactics and offensive decision making, including less conservative play, resulting in an increased number of passes in a phase.

[h3]Improved Support Runners[/h3]

Support runner positioning has been improved.

[h3]Improved Stability[/h3]

Resolutions to stability issues reported to our support team have been included in this patch.
