The world of the game Folk Hero was beautiful and peaceful... Until a certain time. At some point, the animals disappeared, and all the creatures of folktales and fairy tales started appearing here and there. Moreover, on the horizon, a mysterious island appeared, from which no one has returned alive. Maybe you will succeed?

Did you know that each run will not be like the previous one? Forests, swamps, plains — all of this is randomly and tastefully generated as soon as you click on the "New Game" button. There are rumors that if you add the game to your Wishlist, a secret level will appear 👀

So don't forget to keep an eye out for your stamina bar, always use your bow and let enemies fight each other. And of course, don't forget to experiment with different builds!

According to the game’s lore, everything on the island is nourished by the roots of the great Oak, which provides a magical substance called “Living water”, which is used to create magic. And the houses the hero may encounter on the Island are no exception.

It took us a long time to figure out what these houses on the Island might look like, since the Island is inhabited by the residents who are “not quite human”, so the houses should be unusual as well. In the end, we decided that the roots of the Oak could be a part of these houses 🙂
