We are preparing an update to fix some known issues.

1. It is impossible to remap the Skill 2 buttons of Warrior and Defender, and if they have been remapped, it is impossible to get them back. (For now, this can be fixed by deleting the settings file in the save folder at UserName/AppData/LocalLow/Chudo-Yudo Games/Folk Hero).
2. Because of the Magic Powder, the Ghost in the Castle may hang and block the transition between locations. (Try not to use this item in the Castle).
3. After the third killing of Koschei, the character may not respond to the control. (This can be fixed by turning Pause on and off).
4. The Play Station controller may not be detected in the game. (You can try disabling the Steam Input System on the game page in the Library, or just select the PS layout in the game settings).

Heroes, it’s time to review the results of the Big Winter Poll 2024!

Today we’ll find out who are those brave souls who decided to become the conquerors of the Mysterious Island. Let’s start our research!

As it turned out, the majority of the adventurers are between 24 and 35 years old, they make up 39%! Another 38% believe that they’re still too young to die — they’re between 18 and 25 years old. And 23% of our players turned out to be in their full bloom — over 35.

85% of the conquerors of the Island are brave heroes. Hey, fair maidens, keep up!

38,5% of the heroes who took the survey in English turned out to be from North America and 30,8% are from Western Europe. Please note that we’re talking only about those who completed the survey in English!

69% of respondents combine the fight against evil creatures with work, and 23% with studies. The remaining 8% haven’t yet decided, which means that they can spend more time in the game. It’s not bad, when there’s always someone to guard the order of the Buyan island!

Most of our noble warriors learned about the mysterious world of Folk Hero from Steam recommendations (71%), 23% watched a review of the game on Youtube and decided to try it out.

The majority of players, 77%, spend a couple of hours a week playing Folk Hero, and 23% admitted that they could disappear into the game for a couple of days.

And how often do our players play video games in general? 3-4 days a week is enough for 38,5%, 38,5% spend more time, about 5-6 days a week, and 23% play every day!

Most of the respondents are fans of the roguelike (100%) and action (92%) genres, RPG (77%) and casual games (54%) are also in the top.

In addition to Folk Hero, glorious warriors love such games as Baldur’s Gate 3, The Witcher, Borderlands and Vampire Survivors.
