Songs of Life takes place at the end of the Han Dynasty, where a mysterious disease sweeps across the land, leading to famine and war, leaving countless dead and bloodshed. In the game, you will play as the three divine doctors: Hua Tuo, Zhang Zhongjing, and Dong Feng, using surgery, medicine, and even divine powers to personally end this tragic era of chaos and uncover the huge conspiracy hidden behind the epidemic.
