[/p][p]Today, we are thrilled to give you something from our side and announce a new video series that will take you behind the scenes of Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault. Trust us, there’s a lot happening right now!
[/p][p]In the first episode, we’ll share what we learned from releasing the original Moonlighter, highlight the key differences between the two games, and… well, you’ll have to watch to find out the rest.

But the Moonlighter 2 demo is here to stay![/p][p][/p][p]Throughout the fest, we released two updates to the demo, improving performance, adding mouse-based combat aiming, rebalancing enemy damage, and enhancing keyboard & mouse support. Every fix was guided by your invaluable feedback on Discord, Reddit, and the Steam forums.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][h2]A heartfelt thank you 💚[/h2][p][/p][p]Thanks to your support, Moonlighter 2 became one of the most played demos of the entire Next Fest. That’s truly humbling for our team, and a huge motivation to keep working hard.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]We know there’s still a lot to improve, though. Especially when it comes to performance and the shop system. While we’re not ready to share details just yet, we’re actively exploring new and engaging ways to improve the game based on your feedback.[/p][p][/p][h2]Please keep sharing your thoughts! 💭[/h2][p]

This one brings some big improvements based directly on your reports and Steam reviews. We’re moving fast, and your feedback is proving to be ever so helpful. Keep it coming![/p][p][/p][p]Let's see what's new in today's patch.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][h2]Fixes & Improvements[/h2][p][/p]

• [p]Resolved the black screen issue that was affecting many users with HDDs (especially during the intro sequence).[/p]
• [p]Major performance boost and smoother overall experience.[/p]
• [p]Demo size reduced from 27 GB to just 5 GB (yes, really!).[/p]
• [p]Enemy damage reduced by 20% across the board for better balance.[/p]
• [p]Improved stuttering issues.[/p]
• [p]Fixed a soft lock where Trained Taalik could get stuck on certain props.[/p]
• [p]Adjusted an enemy trigger that was activating as soon as you entered certain rooms.[/p]
• [p]Corrected the on-screen prompt in the shop showcase, which was displaying incorrect controls.[/p]
• [p]Fixed a typo in Sliver’s interaction prompt (it said “Hot touch” – not intentional 😅)[/p]
• [p]Added mouse-based combat aiming! It’s enabled by default, but you can toggle it in Settings if you prefer the classic feel.[/p]

[/p][p]It brings improved keyboard & mouse support - including smoother inventory management and better UI navigation. It’s not perfect yet, but it’s a step forward, and the whole team is already hard at work on more improvements across all control schemes.
