The Weyrdworks team would like to express our deepest apologies that the game experience hasn't been smooth sailing for many players so far. We genuinely appreciate the feedback and bug reports that have been sent to us.

We are aware of the ongoing issues reported and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our servers had an unexpected surge of traffic and this caused a server breakdown.

Issues affected are :

• Not being able to received rewards from Daily Login Rewards
  
• Unable to level up Collections
  
• Unable to send pet out for an Adventure or retrieve them from Adventures
  
• Pet Stats updates and "Luck Increased" notifications are delayed
  
• Request timeouts

  - Pets now cost [color] 10x cheaper [/color] than before!
  - Accessories have been rebalanced to be more affordable!
  
  
• Fixed an issue where Windowed Mode was disabled when switching from Desktop Mode to Cozy Island.
  
• Reduced jittering of Gyoza’s head when the pet is traveling.
  
• Fixed an issue where pets would get duplicated and randomly appear in Cozy Island.
  
• Fixed an issue where players got stuck during sign-up when Taiwan was selected as the region.
  
• Added an option to lock the cursor to the active display, preventing it from moving to a secondary display and ensuring your current display remains active and responsive.
  
• Fixed a bug where players did not receive the Steam Achievement "Desktop Visitor" after 1 hour of playtime in Desktop Mode.
  
• Corrected the accessory counter to display the accurate number of accessories on the pet.
  
• Fixed duplicated currency units in the Premium Shop.
  
• Increased the character limit for email addresses in the input field.
  
• Items in the inventory, when cycled through, will now be displayed based off player’s filtered type setting.
  
• Updated the icon for the pet’s Mood indicator.
  
• Corrected direction of the slider bar in Pet Customization Mode.

• A blank black screen shows up when using Desktop Mode.
  
• Pets may get stuck at certain areas of Cozy Island.
  
• Unable to sign up with certain region or timezones.
