Tricks in Descenders Next will feel familiar to the tricks you're all familiar with and know and love, but with some improvements, and of course, new mechanics!

If you're not already familiar, DesCents is the new currency in Descenders Next, and what you'll be able to earn while playing. We're sure you're all dying to know more about tricks too, so we didn't want to keep you waiting any longer!

This time, we're telling you a little more about the maps in Descenders, medals you can earn while playing, and what you can expect to find along the way!

The world in Descenders Next is even bigger than Descenders, with more variety in tracks, and loads of rewarding ways to earn DesCents through tricks & medals! The better the medal, the higher the rewards! The more DesCents you have, the more fancy gear you can buy at shops dotted around the world!

Hi everyone!

We’re back with our first proper video where we take a deeper look into answering your questions about Descenders Next!

Last week, when we asked you all what more you wanted to know about the game, we were blown away by the amount of questions you had! We’ve got a LONG list of videos we want to make. So thank you!

However, we realized some of you still didn’t know the basics. So in this first video, we show off the first initial tutorial sections (subject to change as we get closer to launch, this is all still alpha footage after all!), Rabbit Hill, which is the first Park you encounter in the game and answered a few of the simpler questions about how Descenders Next plays.

Next week, we’ll do a deep dive into the maps in Descenders Next, and the kinds of levels you can expect to be playing!

It’s been a little over a month since we stepped into the bindings, secured our heels and took to the slopes announcing Descenders Next!

Since then we’ve been busy working on the game and even got to play it alongside some of you at Gamescom, where we got lots of invaluable feedback. So if you managed to swing by, thank you so much!



However, now it’s time to start letting you in on more of the action.

We’re starting a new YouTube video series answering your questions about Descenders Next.

We’re hoping to cover topics such as how you unlock new gear, what tricks you can do in each sport and what kind of collectables are in the game all whilst showing you loads more gameplay!

And we have our first video ready for you to watch right NOW, showcasing some epic gameplay and tricks in both snowboarding and mountainboarding.

So go and check it out and make sure to subscribe to catch all the videos as they drop!
