- In Guarda Fortress Zone 10 -Fortress 3F Lord's Room-, an object may be incorrectly placed under certain conditions, preventing story progression.

- In the main story, dead characters may reappear.

- The Missing Companion request may not be accepted even if the conditions are met.

- If you are defeated after having your gold stolen in the second round of the Arena Tourney Hosted by Avare! request, the gold may not be restored when you reawaken.

- Tavern events may not trigger when returning to town even when event conditions are met.

- In dungeons, if "Communicating..." is displayed and the protagonist's controls become unresponsive, enemy symbols can still move.

- In the Beginning Abyss, Trade Waterway, Impregnable Fortress, and Old Castle Ruins, some individual drop rates for Junk may not total 100%.

- Some Junk names that appear in the Den of Light are incorrect.

- In the Skill Enhancement screen, the max levels of inherited skills are displayed as 7.

- When using the Full Power Strike skill, if a counterattack occurs right after selecting a target, it may cause the skill to hit a different enemy.

- The Ninja Dual Wield skill does not apply effects from the weapon equipped on the left hand during attacks.

- When defeating an enemy with the Ninja Dual Wield skill, the SP recovery effect from Blessing of the Beastfolk Goddess activates twice.

- The Follow-Up Attack skill may not activate on the first normal attack in battle.

- If the app is restarted during a charmed adventurer’s attack turn, they will always attack the enemy.

- A new "Carry 1 Hook of Harken" option has been added under contents.

- Under certain conditions, the door in Guarda Fortress Zone 9 -Fortress 2F Office- cannot be unlocked, making progression impossible.

- Progressing with a different faction than the faction that was selected when the Duke Ixion's Rescue request was completed causes unreachable options to appear in the Cursed Wheel.

- In the Procuring Food for Dogs request, reviving after death may cause the player to respawn in the wrong location.

- After completing the Clean up of the Old District request, the Causal Selection by Faction options may not display correctly.

- In certain areas of the Trade Waterway, treasure chests that should reset may not appear after leaping via the Cursed Wheel.

- In certain areas of the Guarda Fortress, treasure chests that should reset may not appear after leaping via the Cursed Wheel.

- In the Trade Waterway, using the Right Hand of Reversal after a battle on a Water God Statue may fail to show the quick time event shrinking ring effect.

- The Stolen Armor Retrieval request may not be accepted even when all requirements are met.

- Some enemies in Grade Up Exam: Steel Grade have lower than intended Magic Defense values.

- Equipping or unequipping Meteor Bow during battle does not correctly update the max SP value.

- The Chronostasis skill may fail to hit the target.

- The skill description for Mental Unity lacks details on its affected targets.

- The level 1-2 descriptions of the nameless adventurer's Discipline skill contain unintended text.
