Another Task for the Receptionist!

[h2]Hey Car Dealers![/h2]
In today’s devlog, we’re talking about the next employee update!
As we mentioned in previous posts, we’re planning a series of smaller patches focused on employees. The game already includes new workstations in the workshop and car wash, and the receptionist can now help with unloading deliveries.

The next task you’ll be able to assign them will be taking care of the repair machine!
The receptionist will move damaged parts from the warehouse to the machine and return the restored ones back to storage.

New Car Model!

In today’s update, as promised, we’re adding a new car model - UMX 700R!

The UMX 700R represented a turning point for the brand - a perfect balance of raw performance and refined control. Built for drivers who lived for precision and speed, it combined cutting-edge engineering with an unmistakably assertive design. Every curve and contour served a purpose, every detail reflected its racing DNA.

While the 700R earned praise for its agility and balance, what truly defined it was the connection it forged with its driver. Whether carving through city streets or dominating long straights, it delivered an experience that felt both mechanical and emotional - a machine with a heartbeat.

The car is available from Reputation Level 8.

New Employee Update!

[h2]Hey Car Dealers![/h2]
A new employee update is now available for download!

Starting today, your receptionist can unload online delivery packages directly into your warehouse.
This option is enabled by default – if you prefer to handle packages yourself, simply interact with the receptionist and uncheck the “carry packages” option in the dialogue window.

Also, while carrying packages, the Receptionist still provides the sales bonus, just like before – they don’t have to stand behind the counter.

[h2]Other changes:[/h2]

Fixed driver position in the delivery truck
Fixed a bug preventing the tow truck from moving
Increased trailers steering angle

We’re revealing a new vehicle that will arrive in the game tomorrow!

Fixed an issue with the cursor jumping on the tablet when using a controller
Increased the interaction area of the office couch
Added a warning to the tow truck when the player tries to place a vehicle that’s too large on the lower deck
Fixed the keyboard input for turning on the upper lights on the tow truck
Fixed an issue causing upper and high beam lights to activate simultaneously when using a controller
Improved the rim appearance on the Phantom Thunder model
Improved the headlight visuals on the Phantom ThunderX model
Updated tutorial descriptions for buying and selling vehicles via the Used Cars app

A new Receptionist role is arriving in the game tomorrow! Using a simple UI, you’ll be able to assign the receptionist the package collection task for online store deliveries. When the delivery truck arrives at your company, the employee will go pick up the packages and bring them straight to your storage.
