Some time ago, we showed you an early prototype of the customization features.
Today, you can see how these changes look directly in the game world.

Quality of Life Update

As announced yesterday, we are releasing the Quality of Life update.

[h3]What's new?[/h3]

Updated map and world markers
Additional price slider in negotiations
Non-negotiable price option for vehicle listings
Updated vehicle distribution on the “Used Cars” website

[h3]Other changes:[/h3]

Fixed an issue where vehicles dropped from a transporter into a zone were not detected correctly.
Potentially fixed an issue with transporter trailer reset, where it could clip into the dealership building.
Improved game behavior when switching between controller and mouse. The game now correctly detects the active input and refreshes the UI.
Fixed saving of garage door position and open/closed state after loading the game or returning to the garage.

Upcoming Update Quality of Life

[h2]Hello Car Dealers![/h2]
You really enjoyed the last Quality of Life patch, so we prepared another one. It goes live tomorrow!

[h3]Upcoming changes:[/h3]

Updated map and world markers
Refreshed markers and new icons improve readability and navigation.
Better color variety makes it easier to track your destination.
Map markers now also show whether the shop and the junkyard are currently open.
Additional price slider in negotiations
A new price slider added to negotiations, similar to the recent changes in the marketplace.
Non-negotiable price option
New vehicle listing option.
Vehicles can now be marked as non-negotiable.
This may increase the waiting time for a buyer, but once a customer is interested, they will buy the vehicle for the listed price without trying to lower it.
New vehicle listing distribution in the “Used Cars” website
Vehicles will now appear more evenly based on vehicle type.
This change will not be visible immediately, as existing listings have their own expiration dates.
Over time, the website will stabilize, and each vehicle type will be represented more evenly.
We also plan future improvements related to brands and specific models.

[h3]Patch notes:[/h3]

Added the ability to interact with the Gas Pump HUB employee even while they are on their way to the zone.
Improved vehicle detection by employees in refueling and pumping zones.
Fixed an issue where the Gas Pump HUB employees displayed an incorrect warning on the screen right after starting work.
Added missing messages when crafting Trophies at the junkyard.
Fixed the display of the towing hook on the Ascend model.
Adjusted pedestrian traffic values around the police station, which previously caused significant performance drops in that area.

[h3]Patch notes:[/h3]

Added an option to disable camera smoothing for third-person vehicle cameras, available in the Gameplay settings. Turning off this option fixes unwanted Z-axis camera swings during fast mouse movements and reduces image jitter.
Disabled interaction with the hoods of vehicles painted with special paint.
Fixed a bug where Officer Ron’s character would disappear during special mail orders, preventing vehicle handover.
Vehicles placed on a tow truck are now excluded from Gas Pump Hub worker interactions.
